Good hotel close to Datong Nang, difficult comunication in english if you are foreigner but staff has good intention.

It was my first time in Datong. I compared a lot of hotels online and finally chose this place. Since I came by car, it only took ten minutes to drive to the ancient city. I also upgraded the room. The breakfast buffet was also good.

The hotel facilities are a bit old, but the service is very warm, the buffet breakfast is good, the purified water is unlimited, and fruits are given every day. When you leave the hotel, snacks and specialties are also given, which is very considerate. There is a free shuttle service, not far from Wanda Plaza, and it is very convenient for shopping and eating!

The front desk called in advance to inquire about accommodation preferences. I chose a quiet room and slept very well. They provided pick-up and drop-off service from the high-speed rail station, which was very considerate. I originally planned to take a taxi to the station, but the weather was very dry. They sent fruit in the evening and a small gift when I left the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located and there are delicious foods nearby. It was a pleasant trip, and we all shared the beauty and the world was united ~ Love it!

The hotel staff's service attitude is so good, they always speak from the customer's perspective, and the training is really good. In the afternoon, they also delivered fruits and there is a robot food delivery service. The sound insulation is average, but this kind of service can make up for the hardware problems.
