Rooms are not too big. Nice bar and atmosphere in lobby. Good place. Chinese hotel… so few people speak English.

The service, cleanliness and comfort of Man Xin Hotel Datong was superb.
The young lady at the reception was especially helpful to us on the morning of May 30 at 8 am when we discovered we had left our mobile phone in a taxi we hailed from the street. She made a police report immediately and the police located the taxi driver within an hour. We got our phone back with great relief.
All the staff at the hotel was very courteous and friendly.

Excellent stay. Hotel is modern and staff are exceptional. Good spread of Western and Chinese cuisine for breakfast.
Location within 15 min to ancient city and 30 min to high speed rail station by taxi.

It was my first time in Datong and I spent a long time choosing a hotel. I finally chose Manxin Hotel. The experience was great. I made an appointment for the high-speed rail pick-up in advance, which was very punctual. The hotel environment was also very good. The front desk lobby was bar-style and very comfortable. All the service staff in the hotel were very good, very enthusiastic and thoughtful. The breakfast was also very rich and very good. I strongly recommend this Manxin Hotel to Datong.
