民宿位置坐落於峯林之間，雨霧繚繞時真的好仙。前台大哥帥氣友好幫忙抬行李上4樓，房間大落地窗，窗外景色一流！就是近馬路有過路車有點吵，但價格美麗，就性價比來説真的非常好了，如果加強隔音更棒啦！！餐廳味道也不錯！竹筒飯小朋友超喜歡！必須好評，特意拍照給個好評哈！

大落地窗景很贊！而且老闆家的酸甜排骨和肉末茄子也好吃。吃飯睡覺的問題一次性解決，店的位置距離德天瀑布也近。

老闆人特別特別好，服務滿分，酒店是對比了德天瀑布景區裏面的，和景區周邊的，選了很久挑到了這間，因為是自駕遊不想將就住宿，沒想到不遠的地方還有衞生乾淨，居住舒適，有大落地窗可以看山景的，還能吃到好的飯菜👍👍

位置離景區不遠，老闆人很熱情。房間設施設備齊全，衞生條件也還好，畢竟景區的民宿，衹是節假日價格不菲。

去德天大瀑布玩路過訂的這個民宿，房間乾淨衞生，不過離景區有點距離，酒店周圍啥也沒有時候愛清靜的旅客，喜歡熱鬧的小夥伴還是去景區周邊住宿吧！德天大瀑布景區出口有一條越南風情街，可以還晚上逛逛！

房間挺整潔明亮的,樓下停車方便,可能因為氣候原因房間總感覺潮潮的，但是味道不大。因為靠路邊晚上不是很安靜，有車經過都能聽到。衞生間乾濕分離

整體特別滿意，衞生很乾凈，沒有地毯，地面乾淨的一點塵土都沒有。床也舒服，吹風機風很大，好用！熱水也很足，絕對是理想的農家住宿了。另外樓下餐廳的菜也都好吃，尤其黃皮果炒牛肉，好好吃！

乾淨衞生、價格公道，我現在入住柏曼，沒有這個好。雖然裝修簡單，但是整潔衞生。窗外就是山景。樓下一樓就是自營飯館，味道好，雞都是院子裏跑的，食材也新鮮。我們晚餐和午餐都在這吃。離碩龍街大概十幾分鍾，離德天也不算遠。沒拍照但是值得推薦哈～
