The Ritz Carlton Denver is a role model for true genuine hospitality. The level of passion, kindness and pure sincerity that this entire Team exudes sets them apart from any and all other hotels I have ever experienced. I wanted to take a moment to tell you about our dear friend’s experience this past week and how incredibly grateful, not only the Tan family is for your hospitality but also, how grateful their entire circle of friends and family are and will never forget the once in a lifetime experience that you gave them! Harvey Tan is 6 years old and has the kindest soul that you will ever meet. You can attest if you had the pleasure of meeting him while he visited! He is a one in a million kind of kid who is respectful and sweet and so considerate of everyone around him. Harvey suffered a seizure this past May, which caused the discovery of multiple tumors found in the back of his brain. After an MRI, it was quickly discovered that Harvey had cancer, more specifically, Li Fraumeni. This is a very aggressive type of tumor so, no matter how much of it the neurosurgeon will get out l, the cells are always there beyond what the naked eye can see, growing. He has been given a timeline of 9-24 months. This is not a curable type of cancer. The family is now only buying themselves time with Harvey. Future treatments will likely start in a week, the first being a six week course of radiation somewhere in Texas. With this devastating news, everyone’s goal now is to make the best of the time we have with Harvey and make sure he lives out the happiest life he possibly can with the time he has left. We found out that his favorite band is AJR and that they had a show coming up in Denver prior to his first radiation treatment so we made it a mission to get Harvey to his first ever concert! Concert tickets were handled, flights were secured and then of course it came time to book the hotel, obviously it had to be the best because this kid deserves nothing less. I reached out to the Ritz Carlton Denver as their reputation is regarded as the best, not looking for any handouts or comp rooms, but merely to make the hotel aware of the situation for a Harvey and his mom when they arrived. I had absolutely NO IDEA that this property and Team would have made this the most incredible experience Harvey has ever had and will cherish forever. I want to start by thanking Brad Mills, GM, for personally responding to the initial email sent about Harvey and for personalizing that conversation rather than just sending a generic reply and comping a room. Lisa at check-in was the best! While juggling several incoming phone calls, she - with graciousness , poise & efficiency - was able to procure the coffee I needed, provide a courtesy check-out time and recommend what turned out to be the best breakfast restaurant recommendation ever! In large last because of Lisa, our stay at the Magnolia was wonderful!

The hotel was nice for what we paid for. Most of the staff members were also very friendly. The support staff was especially nice and always happy. However there was one person at the front desk who was exceptionally rude to me on one occasion. I had called to request tissue paper and towels and spoke to a lady. She indicated they would bring it up to us (usually we had to go down to retrieve. Never did this before at other hotels.). Thirty minutes later we were still waiting on the items. I called again and a guy answered. He told me to be patient and housekeeping just arrived and will bring it. Before I could respond to ask if I can just come for it instead HE HUNG UP ON ME. I had to call back and ask that question. I thought it was so rude for him to tell me to be patient AFTER 30 MINUTES and hang up on me. I didn’t get his name but I remember he wore a nice yellow blazer one day during the trip.

This was a comfortable stay with a clean, modern room and good water pressure, temp, and products in the shower. The common areas are nicely decorated and welcoming, with many guests using the lobby to read and relax. Breakfast at Corinne featured excellent service and hearty portions. Overall atmosphere is refined. The rooftop bar was lively and they include beautiful mocktails with nice garnishes in proper glasses, in addition to cocktails. This location is an easy walk to the performing arts center. We would stay here again.

I drove down from Canada to Denver in the fall . 2 time i stayed there . The rooms are nice - well appointed service and bell hops are excellent . The dinner in the dinning room was done well . stay in a room high up for the view .. if you need extra blanket or water just ask for it . they are very helpful here , they are fast getting to the room and quick to bring the car around .. people are very friendly here .Spent a average of 2 - 3 nights here . You wont be disappointed here

Hyatt is a must stay! From the scenery to the friendly staff , I’d definitely recommend and stay again !

This hotel is conveniently located if you are touring downtown sites and one of the only in the area under $300 a night. The rooms are extremely small, which you might expect in a downtown hotel, but something to be aware of. The staff was courteous, our room was relatively clean, and breakfast was included. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not functioning. We were given a box fan and a “shrug” and that was that. Tiny room, double beds and family of four - uncomfortably hot. Additionally, there was a sickening stench permeating throughout the common areas of the hotel. Thankfully, we only stayed one night and didn’t have much downtime to have to choose between hanging out in our hot room or a stinky common area. If you want to stay here, I would recommend calling ahead and verifying that these issues have been remedied.

My husband and I spent a couple days here and were pretty satisfied with it. The room was clean and nice. And the bed was very comfortable!! Location was great as well. They charge a daily fee of $35 for parking but there are plenty of other parking garages close for way less. They have a 24 hour self service spot where you can buy snacks and drinks which was helpful. The elevator was extremely slow and a part of our floor was under construction. Also, the pool water was way too warm. It may be listed on their website as heated but I was not prepared. It was 98 degrees outside and we couldn’t even sit in the pool. The biggest complaint was the service. I asked one of the front desk gentlemen if we could bring drinks up to the rooftop pool or if there was bar service and he had no idea. His response was “I think you can?” When we got up to the pool and tried to call to order food and drinks they told me we had to come down and order it from the bar and pick it up from the bar. Which is fine but at the pool area they literally had a phone, next to a menu, and a sign that said use this phone to order food?? They also only have breakfast and dinner hours listed but when I asked if they do lunch too she wasn’t sure and put me on hold to check. It was just a little misleading. Like how do you not know if you serve lunch too? The only awesome service we had was the bartender we had for lunch and drinks. He was knowledgeable and quick to take care of us. Overall 4/5 hotel stay. We would probably come back since the bed was comfy and the room was nice and spacious.

The hotel is in a very good location, very close to the exhibition center. Everything is good except that there are no slippers and water. The view from the floor-to-ceiling windows is beautiful (the windows cannot be opened). The toilets and room types are good, and the service is also very good.

Really clean and friendly staff !! It was near downtown and 10 minutes walk to the Convention Center, so it was really nice !! I liked the facilities such as microwave oven and sink so much, and the breakfast was good for breakfast!!
