My car was smashed downstairs and all my luggage was stolen. I guess it’s Lao Mo or Lao Hei. I’m really xxxxxxx. No one cares about the police. I lost tens of thousands of clothes. I will never live at the airport anymore. I’m really a Buddha.

Staff was a bit reserved, not what I'm typically used to. I'm a very loyal Hampton Inn customer and staff always is overly concerned with comfort with willingness to share much more.

Hotel was conveniently located to Denver international Airport. Best thing was parking was free. Close to restaurants

The room was clean and comfortable. The customer service was excellent. I appreciate the proximity to the diner adjacent to the hotel property. I was unable to change the setting on the shower head. I appreciated the other room amenities, shuttle service to the airport and the grab n go breakfast.

Airport pick up took more than an hour. I had to call twice. This ruined my great opinion of Hampton Inn. I now consider it a poor option when selecting hotels when it involves a pick up.

We usually really like Hampton Inns. We have stayed here before. Older hotel out by DIA, getting kind of tired. Stayed 4 days, each morning breakfast food ran out. No juice, sign said "out." Wanted house keeping the third day, took "do not disturb" sign off door did not get it. Staff said even though Hilton affiliated, owned by subsiderary. This time charged for parking (nickle and diming)" last visit guest was complaining because his catalytic convertor was stolen off his car. It would be different if they were using parking money for more security. Not.
