Staff are very helpful and accommodating. We have some issues with our booking but the staff provided us with alternatives which we gladly accept even though they don't have to. Rooms are clean and all amenities needed are provided. If you are lucky, you will be able to see Meili Snow Mountain.

Staffs of the hotel are very kind and offer drop off and pick up from the place (just after the tunnel, just tell the bus driver where you are staying and he will stop there) the bus drop you. Room are clean and the front facing rooms on the 2nd floor provide a fantastic view from the comfort of your bed!

The hotel is located at the top of Wunong, with an excellent location. You can see Meili Snow Mountain from the balcony of the room. The decoration style is very unique. There is oxygen supply and Marshall speakers. The breakfast is very rich and the milk is delicious. The service of the store staff is great and attentive. I watched the sunset of Meili from the balcony on the first afternoon, and I was very lucky to see the sunrise on the Golden Mountain on the second morning.

We took a bus to Deqin County, and the hotel sent a driver to pick us up. We were also given a free upgrade to a room facing the snow-capped mountains. From the balcony, we could see the Thirteen Peaks.
