The room matches the description perfectly—clean, well-finished, and bright, with large windows, air conditioning hot or cold as you want—and is extremely comfortable. The private bathroom is spacious and equipped with every convenience. Breakfast is simple but ideal for starting the day with energy: a delicate soup, traditional milk tea, vegetable-filled bread, hard-boiled eggs, and fresh fruit. The host is exceptional. He takes care of every detail with genuine warmth and attention. He spent all the time we needed helping us plan our daily trips, offering wonderful suggestions, and even arranged reliable drivers and cars for our journeys around the country at a very fair price."

"Good hotel for one night, but nothing more. Breakfast was decent but the hours were great, from early until late in the morning so we could wake up and catch the sunrise. The location isn’t convenient if you don’t have a car, there is nothing around the hotel at night to eat so you have to drive, but for those coming with a car, the parking is convenient an right on the hotel. The service was very nice, the ladies at the seat greeted us with a smile and even with a small snack plate."

"This hotel felt like more than just accommodation; it was a warm sanctuary in the highlands. The owner noticed we were suffering from altitude sickness and proactively adjusted the oxygen equipment for us, brought us tea, and even upgraded our room. All the staff were incredibly warm and genuine. Knowing it was our first time, they not only explained the best time to see the 'Golden Mountain bathed in sunlight' in detail but also helped us plan our itinerary for the next day. Although the hotel is by the street, the soundproofing is excellent, and we weren't bothered by much noise at night. The room facilities are also new, and having a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, along with a smart toilet, is a rare find in hotels in the ******* region."

"Due to the weather, there weren't many tourists during this May Day holiday. To our surprise, the weather gods favored us! It was raining when we arrived the first night, but by the next morning, it had cleared up, and we got to see the majestic Meili Snow Mountain, which I'd been dreaming of! The hotel itself is grand, and the service is excellent. The customer service representative even upgraded our room, so we could enjoy the snowy view of Meili Snow Mountain right from our bed. Definitely a big thumbs-up!"

"The location is fantastic, with a perfect view directly facing Mount Meili. Kawa Garbo is to the right and front, and there are no obstructions from the third floor upwards. The view from the second floor is actually pretty good too, and even the White Pagoda has its own charm. The public areas also offer great views. Since there aren't many rooms, it never feels crowded. The service is excellent and very welcoming. Room amenities are thoughtfully provided, and the food service is also very good. The overall decor is stylish, and there's a butler service offering various activities. If only your cat employee were a bit more enthusiastic!"

"Located right at the entrance to Mount Nongwu, it's very easy to spot and you can park right outside. The butler service was excellent; we felt warmly welcomed from check-in to check-out. Although the breakfast selection is limited, it's quite good considering the location. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time. It's a bit pricey, so consider your budget. I wouldn't recommend it for a quick overnight stay; it's best to take your time and fully enjoy the experience."

Some rooms offer a direct view of the main peak's 'Golden Mountain Sunrise' just by opening the curtains. For rooms without this view, you can still enjoy it from the 5th-floor rooftop."

"This was truly a moving stay! We checked in during Chinese New Year, and because of a flight delay, we didn't arrive until after midnight. The owner came out in the middle of the night to help us with our luggage, turned on the oxygen machine for us, and even brought us instant noodles – absolutely thoughtful! What was even more touching was when they later found out we wanted to go to the observation deck the night before to secure a parking spot. They proactively offered to pick us up, knowing that walking would involve an uphill climb and be quite tiring. My goodness, they offered to pick us up! Even though it was only a 5-minute walk, with the altitude and the climb, the owner's thoughtfulness was incredible and brought tears to my eyes. Getting back to the point, the hotel's location is excellent. The rooftop terrace goes without saying, and the interior of the guesthouse is also absolutely amazing. I've attached photos – perfect for those 'once-in-a-lifetime' shots!"

"[Super five-star review! A treasured hotel I'll definitely stay at again] This hotel was a pleasant surprise during my trip! First and foremost, I have to praise the cleanliness: the room was spotless, and the bedding was incredibly high-quality, even mysophobes said they felt incredibly reassured. ✨ The room amenities exceeded our expectations—we booked a family room, which came with smart curtains, a large ensuite bathroom, branded toiletries, complimentary afternoon tea and fruit, and their yak beef hotpot was truly delicious. The hotel's attention to detail was evident in every detail, and the price was completely worth it. What touched me most was the owner's generosity! The driver for our chartered car stood us up at the last minute. Early in the morning, while we were frantic at Shangri-La, we sent the owner a message for help. To our surprise, she responded immediately and arranged a replacement vehicle within five minutes. This kind of warmth, even more than family, is far more precious than any physical amenities. Highly recommended to all travelers who value both quality and service; this is a warm and welcoming place worth a special trip!"
