Once Upon a Time in Meili ★★★
"Great location, and the room was very clean and tidy. The breakfast, in particular, was a fantastic Western-style meal. I also really liked the tableware. Eating breakfast in the restaurant while looking at the Meili Snow Mountain was just amazing! I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit."
Pearl Laka Snow Mountain Landscape Hotel ★★
"Facing the main peak of Meili Snow Mountain, the location is excellent. The hotel has a terrace and offers guided tours, and they even provide sunrise and sunset times. Breakfast is complimentary, and the rooms have heating and are well-equipped."
Coco Hotel
"I arrived at the hotel absolutely exhausted and really didn't want to stay in a dorm room. So, I paid extra to upgrade, and it was definitely worth it! The hotel's environment is excellent, and the space is very generous. But the best part was the auntie at the front desk – she was incredibly kind and helpful! I highly recommend this place for anyone traveling here. Plus, they offer a shuttle to the observation deck at 6 AM, which has amazing views and is wonderfully quiet."
Guanjing Tiantang Hotel ★★★
"The room was excellent, with great views of the snowy mountains. The location is super convenient, so you don't have to get up early and walk to a viewpoint. Thumbs up! You can even capture the 'Golden Mountain bathed in sunlight' right from your room's balcony! 👍"
Snow Mountain Wake Up Hotel ★★★★
"The room's location was great, and a big thanks to Xingxing for reserving a parking spot right outside the entrance. The breakfast was plentiful, and the rooftop view was perfect. However, there were some downsides. The room's facilities were a bit old, and there was a strong sewage smell. Room 30***06 had its view of Kawagarbo Peak completely blocked, so the balcony view wasn't good. For this price, it's worth spending a bit more to upgrade your room type."
Laden Sino Intelligent Diffused Oxygen Supply Homestay (Feilai Temple Scenic Area) ★★
"This is the best pet-friendly hotel! Our little dog could stay in the same room with us. The rooftop view is amazing; even though we didn't see the 'golden sun on the mountain' (a specific sunrise phenomenon), we clearly saw Mount Kawagarbo from the rooftop at 4 PM. The owner is talkative and friendly, and he even upgraded our room for free and sent us beautiful photos and videos. The room is equipped with the latest diffused oxygen supply system, making it more hygienic. Both the soft furnishings and hardware are brand new. They provide free red date and goji berry water all day, as well as red melon seeds that won't cause internal heat. It's convenient for dining and shopping. A very comfortable and satisfying stay!"
Shenfeng Juyuan View Hotel ★★★
"This is a great hotel! The owner is very friendly. You can see the Meili Snow Mountain right from the balcony, and the room is quite spacious. No need to walk to a viewpoint in the morning. It's wonderful to feel like the snow-capped mountains are right next to you as you sleep. Dining and strolling around are also very convenient."
Meili Yunjing Mountain Lodge ★★★
"Even though it's a new hotel, there was no strange smell at all. As soon as you open the door, you're greeted with a view of mountains and clouds. The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel facilities were excellent, with a stable hot water supply. It's also within walking distance to the viewing platform, but the owner still offered us a complimentary ride to see the 'golden mountain bathed in sunlight' (a local scenic phenomenon). The roasted soybeans in the lobby smelled amazing, and you can also enjoy tea and chat in the common area. The owner's cooking is delicious. The entire stay, from food to accommodation, was fantastic! I'll definitely choose this place again next time!"
Xiaoyu Yizhan Inn ★★
"Great location, just a stone's throw from Feilai Temple. You can see the snow-capped mountains from here, so it's easy to plan your itinerary in advance."

Meili JiangLu
"This hotel offers an amazing view of the Meili Snow Mountains. I've stayed at this brand in Guizhou before, so my impression was generally good. To be honest, the room was a bit small. The service during the Chinese New Year was a bit slow, which is understandable. We were told there would be certain activities when we checked in, but we didn't get to experience any of them due to the large crowd. However, they did give us a souvenir, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was very limited and quite mediocre; there wasn't much to eat. It was super convenient to watch the sunrise over the 'golden mountains' in the morning, though."
High Mountain Resort – Meili Hotel
"Due to the weather, there weren't many tourists during this May Day holiday. To our surprise, the weather gods favored us! It was raining when we arrived the first night, but by the next morning, it had cleared up, and we got to see the majestic Meili Snow Mountain, which I'd been dreaming of! The hotel itself is grand, and the service is excellent. The customer service representative even upgraded our room, so we could enjoy the snowy view of Meili Snow Mountain right from our bed. Definitely a big thumbs-up!"
Deqin Meri Poodom
"The hotel room offered fantastic views and was decorated in a warm and comfortable style, with all the necessary amenities. The butler service was exceptionally warm and thoughtful; they contacted me in advance before arrival to check in and set up a WeChat group for communication. They proactively informed me about hotel activities and asked if I wanted to book any. During meals, they promptly helped adjust the sunshade, introduced the dishes, and cleared plates. Every staff member I encountered greeted me with a smile. They even timely reminded me when I left an item behind in the room upon departure. Special mention goes to the hotel's breakfast, afternoon tea, and goodnight dessert. The menu changed daily and was well-balanced. Breakfast was a combination of à la carte and buffet, featuring local specialties like congee and cold dishes, as well as main courses like beef tongue and abalone, along with Western buffet options and vegetables. The afternoon tea had beautiful views, offering a mix of sweet and savory treats with exquisite, high-quality pastries. The goodnight dessert was kept warm in a thermos, available to enjoy at any time. The overall ambiance of the hotel was tranquil and warm, with a sophisticated dark tone that wasn't gloomy. The public areas boasted beautiful scenery, and the hotel activities were professionally organized."
Linden Centre ·Benzilan
"The environment at Benzilan Xilin Garden Nada Mountain Residence is quite average. It's located deep in the mountains, very quiet, giving the feeling of living in a remote forest. The facilities are just so-so, the hygiene is acceptable, and the surrounding environment is average. However, the service is very good, making it a place for relaxation and wellness."
Deqin Shiyong Brinka Homestay
"Very nice place to stay and owner is very helpful and friendly. Would stay there again."
Deqin Drunk Dream Homestay
"The room was clean and tidy, and it was not cold in winter with a heater. We had dinner in the yard before dark, with ******* pork ribs and fried eggs with sour radish. The dishes cooked by Zhuoma were so delicious! In the evening, we drank the whole bottle of handmade ice wine given by the stove. Looking forward to the winemaking season and the Gedong Festival!"
Deqin Wangjiang Tingfeng Homestay
"I rarely write reviews, but my uncle's family deserves a share! To borrow my daughter's words: out of 5, I'd give them a 10! They are all incredibly warm, hospitable, kind, and simple! My uncle, knowing we couldn't get a taxi, drove dozens of kilometers to pick us up. Along the way, he told us about things to be careful about in Shangri-La so we wouldn't make any mistakes, and even bought us a local watermelon. My aunt and sister kept bringing us delicious food, worried we weren't eating enough. My sister cooked us a different meal every day—she's an excellent cook! My brother, humorous and full of positive energy, arranged suitable family trips for us, taking us hiking in Neding, mushroom picking, and seeing the first bend of the Jinsha River, and even gave us beautiful aerial photos. He and his friends caught a wild fish and specifically invited us to share it. The host family's thoughtfulness made us feel right at home, so we stayed another night. The house was newly renovated, clean, tidy, and comfortable. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the room had an unbeatable view—facing the Jinsha River, with an orchard to the left, and a temple nearby (my sister said it's very efficacious); locals often go there for a stroll. There was also a spring-fed swimming pool, which the kids especially loved. **Check-in Tips** -📍**Preferred Room Types**: V6•V8•V9 -🎯**Suitable for**: All -⚠️**Note**: Due to the good air quality, there might be a few more small insects. -👍**Recommendation**: Try the local fruits and vegetables; they're especially delicious!"

Runhai Yunqi Famous Accommodation
"❤The hotel is excellent, with meticulous and thoughtful service in all aspects. It's a great place to stay. The owner is very nice. This time I booked a family room, and the room facilities and linens were all new. There were two bathrooms and a washing machine, which was very convenient for families. The breakfast was plentiful, and the underground parking lot had charging stations."
VillaCourtyard · Meili Shanzun Chinese Inn (Feilai Temple Scenic Area)
"Came here to see Meili Snow Mountain. The scenery is uniquely beautiful. The hotel rooms have amazing windows directly facing the snow mountain. The environment is good, and it offers great value for money. The hygiene is excellent."
Deqin Zongyam Mountain Residence
"The property boasts a strategic location just off the main road, close to the town’s main attractions, including a popular stupa, shops, and restaurants. Yet it is only a one-minute walk away from the lively areas, offering a peaceful setting with a beautiful panoramic view. The place is truly elegant. The room matches the description perfectly—clean, well-finished, and bright, with large windows, air conditioning hot or cold as you want—and is extremely comfortable. The private bathroom is spacious and equipped with every convenience. Breakfast is simple but ideal for starting the day with energy: a delicate soup, traditional milk tea, vegetable-filled bread, hard-boiled eggs, and fresh fruit. The host is exceptional. He takes care of every detail with genuine warmth and attention. He spent all the time we needed helping us plan our daily trips, offering wonderful suggestions, and even arranged reliable drivers and cars for our journeys around the country at a very fair price."
Meili Konggu Snow Mountain
"The room was very clean and tidy. The bedding clearly looked like it was changed for every guest, clean and comfortable. The room facilities were also comprehensive and thoughtful, with diffused oxygen supply and two nasal cannulas. The room came with a projector, so you could comfortably watch a movie in bed at night. The staff's service, the hotel's snow mountain views, and the facilities are all excellent! [Strong] [Strong]"
Deqin Zangxue Residence
"It's located in an alley; there's a small underground parking lot. There's no one at the front desk, so you need to call. You have to climb two flights of stairs to get there, and you need to carry your luggage yourself. The room is large, but there were bugs. They say you can see the view, but you actually have to go out onto the balcony; the window view is shown in pictures 1-3. The fourth picture shows the view from the side. The soundproofing is extremely poor; you can clearly hear people in the hallway or someone in a room using water to rinse their toilet. The hot water in the room ran out halfway through my shower. It was late and very cold, and they didn't mention it beforehand. There was no phone in the room, only a cell phone. The owner said everything was under repair, and I asked him to let me know when it was fixed, but he didn't. I checked and the hot water came back on, so I went to shower again, but the water ran out halfway through. I was really dissatisfied. I called back, and they said it was still under repair and they would call us when it was fixed, but they never did. It was almost 11 pm. Later that night, I hurriedly checked and the hot water came back on, but the water temperature was hard to adjust. It was either scalding hot or too cold, and the water flow was also poor. A lot of water leaked out. Around 3 am, all the smart lights were on and started talking and singing. I already have trouble sleeping in this high-altitude area, and I was woken up and couldn't fall back asleep. In the morning, I asked and they said the whole village had a power outage yesterday, so we were just unlucky. The worst night of the trip."
Tianjing Yunye Resort Hotel
"Good location. Room very comfortable with floor and bed heating, clean. Reception and staffs are nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast also good."
Seventeen Hotel . Meili
"Great service and an excellent location. My favorite part was definitely the terrace. As a solo traveler, convenience and safety are my top priorities, and this place delivered. It's a shame I didn't get to see the 'golden mountain in the sun' (the peak illuminated by sunrise), but the 'silver mountain' at night was also beautiful."
