GGuest UserService: The butler contacted us a day before to confirm our arrival time. Since we were arriving late in the evening, they thoughtfully arranged for afternoon tea to be delivered to our room. We had two rooms booked for two nights, and they upgraded us to the Muyun King Room. Due to a sudden change in plans and a family emergency, we had to cancel one night, and the hotel staff handled the cancellation very smoothly. Cleanliness: Very clean. Face towels and toilet seat covers were provided. Environment: The hotel faces the Meili Snow Mountain directly. We enjoyed two days of the 'golden sun illuminating the mountain' and also saw a beautiful starry sky. Both our room and the terrace offered views of the snow-capped mountains. Facilities: The humidifier, in-room heating, oxygen supply, and electric heater all worked great.

MM435010****This was an absolutely unforgettable stay! The guesthouse is a reconstruction of the owner's original home, and I was immediately struck by its beauty upon entering: the Western-style staircase paired with ******* paintings was exquisite and beautiful! The rooms were even more beautiful and comfortable than the pictures showed, mainly due to the attention to detail, including the tea corner, the automatic sensor lights in the bathroom, and the copper sink. This guesthouse offers excellent value for money, comparable to well-known hotels costing nearly a thousand yuan. It's truly a hidden gem. The guesthouse's large terrace is just a short distance above a bend in the Jinsha River, offering stunning views! I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Yunnan and Tibet!

GGuest UserSince we came from Yubeng Village and didn't rent a car, the hotel's location was indeed much more suitable for self-driving. Fortunately, the hotel accommodated these inconveniences. The hotel was renovated from an abandoned elementary school, but the overall feel is like a designer's new creation. The amenities were excellent. In addition to the essentials, there was a tea table by the large window facing the mountains. The bed was large, and our room wasn't arranged side by side, but rather one side by one, which was quite unique and even involved a fight over it. The laundry service was thoughtful, and they even delivered goodnight milk in the evening. I also commend the breakfast, which offered both Chinese and Western options. It was one of the most comfortable and freshest breakfasts I've had in Yunnan these past few days, and the Western dishes were very satisfying. The hotel is located in a village group of only eight households, a quiet place with both activity and tranquility. The villagers are simple and shy, and after a walk, I joined them in circumambulating the Buddhist scriptures. Nearby are the Baima Snow Mountain, perfect for hiking, the Niding Line, perfect for children, and numerous wineries. The town itself is famous for the story of a French grandmother. Driving on your own is definitely more enjoyable, but mountain roads require some driving skills. Time is limited, so I'll definitely make up for this regret next time I drive on my own.

HHuoxiniI planned a trip specifically because I had this hotel, designed by Wu Bin, saved in my favorites. The moment I saw the snow-capped mountains, it was all worth it – the combination of Meili Bo Duo and the 'golden mountain bathed in sunlight' is just perfect! Even the most basic courtyard rooms offer a glimpse of the snowy peaks, and there are plenty of spots in the public areas with even more breathtaking views and fewer crowds. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the thoughtful evening dessert was a lovely surprise – the butler quietly brought it to my room when I was out, which was both unexpected and heartwarming. Moreover, the hotel offers many activities. I participated in Thangka painting and making ******* incense bags, which were excellent. Upon check-out, the butler even gave me a gift of soap and a prayer wheel. All in all, to find a hotel like this at an altitude of 3500 meters where you can simply relax and gaze at the snow-capped mountains, I personally feel it was well worth the price.

GGuest UserBooking this hidden gem of a guesthouse was the best decision of my entire trip! The overall experience far exceeded my expectations and completely changed my perception of guesthouse stays. I absolutely have to write a detailed, heartfelt review to recommend it to everyone. I was initially drawn in by the beautiful online photos, but arriving in person, I found the real place to be even more stunning. The overall decor is elegant and cozy, with a fantastic sense of design. The common areas are adorned with plants, tea seating, and cozy nooks, creating an incredible ambiance. Every corner is picture-perfect, and the fatigue from traveling simply vanished the moment I walked in. What truly impressed me was the meticulous cleanliness. The entire place was spotless, the floors gleaming. The bedding was brand-new, made of pure cotton – soft, fluffy, and with a faint, pleasant scent, making it incredibly relaxing to lie down on. The bathroom featured a dry/wet separation, completely odorless. Toiletries, disposable slippers, and towels were all provided. Even the nooks, crannies, and edges of the vanity were wiped clean. It's clear the owner has extremely high standards for cleanliness, which made my stay feel incredibly safe and reassuring. The room amenities were comprehensive. Air conditioning and hot water were available and plentiful 24/7. The mattress and pillows were just the right firmness. The blackout curtains provided excellent light sealing, ensuring a quiet environment at night with no disruptive noise. Even as a light sleeper, I slept soundly until morning. Small details like audio-visual equipment, charging points, and storage were all thoughtfully provided – everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. The service from the owner and staff was impeccable. Before check-in, they proactively sent precise location details, parking tips, and tour routes. They even thoughtfully recommended local, lesser-known eateries and photo spots. Upon arrival, they enthusiastically helped with luggage, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. They were always available to answer questions, responded to messages promptly and patiently, and promptly addressed any minor issues that arose, never giving a perfunctory impression. It felt like interacting with friendly neighbors. The guesthouse boasts an excellent location, making it convenient for getting around. Dining and transportation options nearby are abundant. It's a quiet oasis amidst the bustling area, balancing convenience with tranquility. Compared to chain hotels, this place offers a warmth and human touch, without the cold commercial feel, and the value for money is outstanding. I've already saved it and added it to my 'revisit' list. I will definitely choose it again for future trips to this area. I sincerely recommend it to all travelers – you can book with your eyes closed, you won't regret it. A perfect score is truly deserved.

GGuest UserI just randomly picked this hotel, but it completely exceeded my expectations! Opening the window revealed a stunning view of snow-capped mountains and a sea of clouds – the romantic snowy scenery was just breathtaking. The room was cozy and clean, with plenty of oxygen, so I didn't have to worry about altitude sickness at all. Just sitting on the balcony quietly watching the snow was so therapeutic and lovely. The service was incredibly attentive, and even though it's located at high altitude, the stay was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend it!

AAnonymous UserThey say you might not see the ”Golden Mountain in the Sun” in October, so I booked this place to avoid wasting money on a view that might not deliver. Turns out, we actually saw it! Super worth it!! The location is right next to where the bus drops you off, so it's a very easy walk, and close to the Feilai Temple viewing platform. The room was unbelievably spacious, and the underfloor heating worked perfectly. There are only four or five rooms, and the view is absolutely stunning. The owner is very simple and enthusiastic. I highly recommend this for anyone hoping to catch the Golden Mountain but worried about a wasted 4-hour drive if they miss it. The accommodation quality is easily more than triple that of other scenic hotels at the same price point, and the courtyard itself can help ease any disappointment if you don't see the sunrise. Let's talk about the downsides: 1. Feilai Temple is currently under construction, so there are large vehicles at night. I personally wasn't bothered by the noise, but I can't guarantee others wouldn't be. This seems to be a common issue for hotels along this road. 2. The room was very clean and tidy, but I wasn't a fan of the air freshener scent. My partner didn't notice it, though. 3. There were some really large flies. I hope the owner can improve pest control. Although they'll probably freeze to death in a few days, seeing them definitely puts a damper on the mood.

MM279721****The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable, with a tasteful decor throughout. The underfloor heating and diffused oxygen supply meant we didn't have to worry about altitude sickness at all. The staff were warm and friendly! There's also a cafe and an observation deck on the top floor where you can see Baima Snow Mountain and Feilai Temple. The afternoon sun was perfect for photos, and the scenery was absolutely stunning! The hotel's location isn't far from the Meili Snow Mountain observation deck, so transportation is very convenient. There's a snack street near the Feilai Temple observation deck, and watching the snow-capped mountains in the evening is beautiful—highly recommended! The hotel's restaurant is on the first floor, which is super convenient if you don't feel like going out in the cold.

GGuest UserFacilities: The whole smart home system was very convenient, the room was spacious, and the underfloor heating was lovely. The oxygen concentrator also had a nasal cannula option. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: It's directly opposite the Feilai Temple bus stop, which is super convenient, and only a few hundred meters from the viewing platform. Service: Excellent! Both ladies were very sweet and promptly helped resolve any issues.

XXueshuquanweiGetting to the hotel requires turning off National Highway 214 onto a village road, which was completely dark at night. At that moment, I regretted booking this place. However, after driving down that small road for about 5 minutes, we finally arrived, and I immediately felt that my choice was actually a good one. Once we entered the room, my worries completely disappeared! The room felt like a 4-star standard and, thankfully, was smoke-free. Even better, each room had a copy of the 'Brief Introduction to Diqing Prefecture,' a very professional, detailed, and comprehensive book that helps you quickly and systematically understand the area. The hotel restaurant's food was good (though a bit salty for us southerners). The prices weren't cheap, around 50 RMB per person, but given the generous portions, I wouldn't say it was expensive. The main benefit was not having to go out to eat, which saved time and effort. The hotel's environment and ambiance were perfect; it truly felt like a manor. I heard it used to be a vineyard that later upgraded to tourism services. Because it's far from the town and main road, it's incredibly quiet, and you can even see the peak of Meili Snow Mountain directly from here.
