"After a 6-hour trek into Yubeng, just when my legs were about to give out, I found the hotel right near the village entrance, saving me from having to walk further in. What a lifesaver! The front desk staff was incredibly attentive during check-in, emphasizing safety concerns. A week before my arrival, they even messaged me via WeChat with itinerary details and various tips. They also checked on my progress when I was delayed getting into the village. Figure 1 shows a cozy corner in the common area, where I sat with the feline 'manager' lounging opposite me. The fresh alpine azaleas arranged daily are a delightful touch, really showing the hotel's thoughtfulness! I was very happy with the rooms as well. Figures 2 and 3 show the two room types I stayed in. The decor is charmingly antique, with wooden furniture and accents that give it an authentic old-house feel, rather than a generic, cookie-cutter look. It felt very comfortable and relaxing. The underfloor heating was exceptionally warm, and the pillows were incredibly comfortable. Figure 4 shows the snow-capped mountains directly visible from my room window, as well as the iconic Yubeng scenery captured from the entrance. Simply stunning!"

For the ultimate lifestyle accommodations, all rooms are equipped with first-class equipment including satellite television, free WIFI and large bathroom with bath products from L’Occitane. Meri Snow Mountain is one of the Buddhism sacred mountain in Tibetan Area, the height of main peak is 6740 meters, and there’s no one can reach the top of the peak until now. Meanwhile, it’s the unique Peak that prohibit to climb because of the cultural protection. Feilai Temple was originally built in 1614 during Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) with a history of 391 years, 1.1km away from hotel and will take 4 minutes by car. It was built according to the mountain terrain with architecture at random discretion. Along the way to Feilai Temple, you can enjoy lines of ancient pine, dappled shadows and winding rivers. Directly facing the Kawakarpo Peak, Feilai Temple is famous for its viewing deck for amazing scenes of the magnificent Meri Snow Mountain.The spa features a selection of locally-inspired treatments together with an extensive menu of signature therapies; expertly trained therapists create sensory journeys for guests with a range of holistic wellness and pampering treatments.
"Here's what I liked: It's easy to park here, and they even have charging stations. The overall environment is really nice and peaceful; you can take a leisurely stroll around. It feels like there's still a lot of potential for further development. Since it wasn't busy on the day we checked in, they upgraded us to a deluxe snow view room on the second floor. We could literally lie in bed and enjoy the snow-capped mountains – pictures 7, 8, and 9 are actual shots of the view from the room. Some of the room amenities have been updated, like the smart toilet and the Laifen hairdryer. Plus, there's a private shortcut to the Feilai Temple observation deck, so you don't have to walk out to the main alley, which saves a lot of time. Here's what I didn't like: The decor is a bit old-fashioned, with a Tibetan-style, all-wood furniture aesthetic. I imagine older guests might appreciate it more. There's only one elevator to the second floor, and sometimes when you press '2', it just doesn't go up. It's really hit-or-miss and quite frustrating. Also, we had an issue where the room card didn't activate the power. Overall, I'd say the Gaoshan Villa's positives definitely outweigh its negatives. Just being able to see the snow mountains from your bed makes it worth it. However, at this price point during the off-season, you might find other good hotel options."

"This room is rather pricy for what it offers. Rather basic room and toilet. There is a humidifier and a small room heater which doesn’t really help in the middle of winter. However to our surprise, the bed is electrically heated and works very well and extremely useful in the wintry cold. Location is not too bad as there are many restaurants nearby and the mountain sunrise viewing deck area is maybe within 200m away. Please checkout the Sichuan restaurant just opposite the hotel which would also be recommended by the hotel staff as the food is affordable and extremely delicious. Speaking of the staff, the staff was not at the front desk at check in however he did respond quickly via WeChat. His attitude is bad as though we owed him a living."

"I didn't expect that the Zangbanshan I ordered casually would give me such a pleasant surprise. The view is particularly wide, combining the Jinshan Mountain in the upper Yubeng and the grassland in the lower Yubeng. The service of the store manager Brother Ping is very enthusiastic. If there are 10 🌟, I will give it 10 stars without hesitation!"

The decor is simple yet elegant, and the entire room is spotless. The bathroom is clean and refreshing with a wet and dry separation, and the bedding is soft and comfortable for a good night's sleep. Downstairs, there's a unique Halal restaurant offering everything from rice noodles to BBQ, making it incredibly convenient for dining and accommodation all in one place. The location is superb, very close to the viewing platform. The owner provides kind and thoughtful service, and the facilities are complete and well-equipped.
