I took my parents outing and booked a cabin that can accommodate four people. The facilities are all new, with air conditioning, heater, microwave, refrigerator, and disinfection cabinet. The room is clean and hygienic. It is built in a bamboo forest and has a large natural oxygen bar. The resort is large and has many activities, including bamboo forest sauna, bamboo shoot digging, swan boat, cute pet park, and an equestrian club. Xiaoyue at the front desk is responsive, the staff inside are very nice, and the shuttle bus is available on call. Five-star praise recommended~

During our visit to Moganshan, my sister and I stayed at The Yard of the Sky, a charming BnB in a quiet village near the scenic area. The room was spacious, clean with high quality linens, a deep soaking tub, and a small sitting area. The place was well-decorated, with modern amenities. The traditional Chinese breakfast reminded me of my childhood home in Shanghai. The staff, including manager ”姐,” her helper ”小哥,” and the kitchen aunties, were warm and accommodating, making us feel like family. It was a very enjoyable stay.

The room was bright, clean, very spacious and despite a huge construction site outside very quiet. Most important, non smoking meant non smoking, smelled fresh and nice. The front desk was very helpful, and went out their way to help me with directions or anything that came up. The breakfast buffet is good, enough options for a vegetarian. The gym is decent, too, a few machines and free weights. I will definitely come back just for the great service and the quiet surroundings.

The villa on the mountain has a great environment and is very convenient to the county town. According to the housekeeper, it is the largest vegetable market in the county town. We had hot pot on the first day and stir-fried vegetables on the second day. We made our own coffee and played mahjong. It was a very relaxing trip.

A good B&B in Deqing that makes you feel at home. The misty mountain scenery and excellent air. The environment is quite good. It feels very warm. The dishes and light and spicy flavors are agreed in advance. The boss must purchase and cook carefully. Every meal can be different. The boss lady is kind and talkative. You can walk all the way to the reservoir along the winding country road at the door. The driving is smooth all the way. Although there are continuous bends, there is no need to worry at all. This was a very surprising trip. I had heard that the overall quality of Moganshan B&Bs was high, but I really didn’t expect them to be of such high quality. The location of the B&B is very good. It's close to the main road so it's easy to find parking. It's not noisy at all when you walk up. The design details are also very thoughtful. It doesn't feel like a fake hotel like an Internet celebrity store. It's very comfortable to live there. The young lady inside is very enthusiastic and has a sense of boundaries. In short, everything is just right. The hot spring pool in the bamboo forest is also very practical. I was a little hesitant because I was worried that the children would be cold, but the hardware, software and service details are comparable to Japan. The floor heating in the room was turned on early. It should be more beautiful when the spring flowers bloom. I will come again.

The service was super attentive at this hotel, far better than most hotels I've stayed in. The pool was lovely and clean. The building and decor were creative and nicely done. And our room was very big and comfortable and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was quite good and generous, though it would be nice if they could add a little more variety from day to day (even just cooking the eggs a different way), and the sausage and bacon were definitely Chinese style. Our room also had no door whatsoever on the shower, which I don't understand. Maybe it was artistic, but is there really anyone who wouldn't vastly prefer to have some kind of door on the shower?

This resort was the perfect getaway for my family. Surrounded by beautiful mountains, bamboo forests, rivers, and tea plantations, it was the picture of serenity and calm. Service: The store manager ”Yiyi Mom” is the most professional store manager I have encountered in recent years. She is attentive, enthusiastic, and responds quickly to any questions. Hygiene: The aunts clean the room in a timely manner, depending on the time you leave the room. The room was also very clean. I lay down directly on the floor with a tea table. In addition, you must try the aunties’ cooking for dinner. We recommend white water fish, loofah and other seasonal vegetables. The pickled vegetables, bamboo shoots, edamame and rice porridge for breakfast are great!
Environment: The entire B&B is different from others, it is well-proportioned, and the courtyard has winding paths. Although it is not big, it is fun to walk around, especially with your dog. There are 7 rooms, several of which have independent stairs and provide good privacy. After a day of shopping, I chatted with the store manager in the lobby and ate the freshly opened watermelon without thinking about anything~
To sum up, it is one of those rare stores where I really want to experience other seasons after visiting it once - because there are not only static stores, but also because there are emotional people and the changing seasons.

The vibe at the house is super cozy, the place is extremely clean and beautifully decorated, with warm colors and a home-vibe all around. Ernest and his team were super supportive since the first moment of the reservation and assisted us immediately through WeChat if any question. We also enjoyed their exquisite Chinese local dinner set; it was tasty and fresh! The breakfast is also very delicious. Finally, the bedroom was really amazing, with one of the best views I’ve had in a countryside hotel by far; just spectacular to relax and get a perfect getaway from the city. GGuest UserWe spent a short summer vacation in Mogan Mountain. Before our trip, we spent hours looking for accommodation and decided to try this guesthouse based on the many positive reviews. Indeed, our decision was correct. A local couple runs the guesthouse; they are both very welcoming and ensure guests' stay at their guesthouse is as enjoyable as at home. The guesthouse is located at the foot of Mogan Mountain, ten more minutes walking distance to Moganshan Town. It is also convenient to hike up Mogan Mountain from the guesthouse. By the way, this guesthouse accepts foreigners. During our stay, the hostess always made sure we had enough breakfast and kept adding to it. Back to the guesthouse in the evening, she invited us to taste the local beers and insisted on no charging; we were appreciated and touched by her enthusiasm. We had lunch at the guesthouse before checking out. They prepared food ingredients on the day or a day before, so we needed to book in advance with the owners. The food prepared by the male host is delicious; it is better than the restaurants outside, and the price is reasonable. Before leaving, the couple enthusiastically gave us some local chicken eggs to take home. Based on our staying experience, as foreigners, we highly recommend this guesthouse to those who are planning a vacation in Mogan Mountain. It is an ideal accommodation.

GGuest UserThis is one of the best hotels I have ever been to. The location was good in the middle of the mountain, prividing great view and fresh, cool air. It's 15 minutes away from.the restaurants and 30 mins from the mountain scenic tourist spots and Discovery Adventures park. We arrived late at night, but the staff waited for us and gave us a warm welcome.There is a free parking space. Toiletries were provided upon request. Rooms had the basic amenities needed, ours had a bath tub and refrigerator. The hotel was homy with its wooden architecture. Breakfast was Chinese and was more than enough. We requested for dinner during our 2nd night, and the staff asked us what food and how we want them cooked with their available supply. We were allowed for a late check out during our 3rd day. All staff are very friendly. They know basic English which nakes the communication not a hindrance. To top ot all, it is a pet friendly hotel. This is highly recommended.

PPeterUpon arrival we were warmly greeted as we parked our car in front of the hotel. The level of service continued to be extremely warm and friendly to the point of departure when they checked the road for us to leave. The location rating is more subjective. It’s very convenient as a base to explore Moganshan and doesn’t have the access complications of staying up on top of the mountain or the hustle and bustle of being in the town which gets a lot of traffic congestion. We enjoyed the seclusion and having a car it was ideal. The room was cosy with a good AC, quality accessories and a reasonable view, all appropriate for a 4 star hotel. We really liked the living and lounging areas around the grounds, where you can relax and read in seclusion. The swimming pool was perfect. Breakfast was a set menu and acceptable. Overall we felt very comfortable and would gladly return. Big thanks to the staff who did everything to make our stay pleasurable.

HHowardFantastic 2-night stay at the Naked Castle. Perfect for a short getaway from surrounding big cities. Beautiful views from the cliffside suite. I prefer the cliffside suite vs. the 5 different themed castle room due to the large open layout of the suite and better views of the mountain. Staffs are super nice and friendly. Buffet breakfast (next to the pool) is good and the restaurant at the castle is great! Not a huge amount of amenities but that's ok since the purpose of going there is to relax. Used half a day to check out the nearby Mo Gan Shan scenic areas. If you don't drive yourself, getting in and out with taxi requires a little bit of planning. Side of the property has two direct hiking trails to the nearby Mo Gan Shan scenic area (easy hike) and Yu Cun (very challenging). Pro tip: make sure to bring anti-mosquito/bugs bite lotion/cream and also anti-itch lotion.
Special shout-out to Johnson, who really took care of us during our stay and the restaurant staff at the castle for their excellent service!

We got there after 8 pm on a Friday night and the front desk was available and waiting for us. They allowed night swimming and had great a spacious Karaoke facility. This hotel /BnB is pet friendly and so our 2 fur kids were not discriminated against and was treated with a great care. Jinx is the girl at the front desk and she is very kind, always going the extra mile for us, even sending us locations and attractions close by on wechat. They provided us with a DIY barbecue on Saturday night and allowed us to have a party till quite
If I could suggest a few things it would be:
1. The cats in the cat enclosure have not had their space cleaned in weeks. There are feces and spider webs inside the 'space'. The cats never come out and look very unhappy. Please can they be better taken care of.
2. Rooms can be swept and cleaned daily.
3. Breakfast can be less dough based but some more fruit and healthier food options.
Overall, we would definitely visit again and really enjoyed such a warm environment.

WWILLIAM LEONThis resort provides an exuberant, exquisite, excellent experience. The location and layout of the buildings provide privacy with easy access to several wonderful facilities.
There are activities for people of all ages, from young children to their parents.
The dishes offered at the Kikaboni restaurant are a fabulous blend of western and Chinese tastes, every one scrumptious! The ingredients at all of the restaurants are very fresh, because much of them are grown at the farm just across the road from the reception building. Every day, even through the winter, fresh produce is harvested from the well-organized greenhouses. The breakfast is extensive, with many options both western and Chinese to delight your palate and fill your stomach.
Finally, the decorations throughout the resort are unique and made of local materials, the result of an informal competition among the staff to make better and better artistic creations.
All in all, I highly recommend the Naked Stables Resort. You won't be disappointed.

失失忆的黑兔子The location of the hotel is easy to find, just take the shuttle bus and transfer to the Baiyun Mountain Pavilion, a very unique building. I was lucky enough to upgrade to a suite that day. The room was very clean and the scenery outside the room was beautiful, surrounded by pine and bamboo. In the morning, I could be awakened by the sound of birdsong in the mountains.
By the way, I settled for lunch at the hotel at noon. The taste is good. The chicken soup is very delicious. I also received a souvenir when I checked out. It was a pleasant and unforgettable trip~

AASmithWhat an amazing little find! The homestay is located about a 10-12 minute easy walk from the Moganshan transfer bus station (92 rmb for a trip up and down) and a 20 minute walk into Howou Village proper. The room was simple, clean and had everything you needed. I loved doing yoga on the balcony each morning and seeing the mountains and smelling the fresh air. The area is very rural, quiet and peaceful. The owners are so friendly to foreigners, helpful and accommodating. They made the most delicious breakfasts and dinners for us. We will definitely go back. The only down was I could not get hot water into the bathtub but that might have been user error. If your didi drops you on the main road, walk up the hill to the second level of houses and turn left on the driveway. The homestay is white and directly behind the swimming pool. What a perfect getaway to relax. Oh and the beds are not the hardest I’ve slept on in China but they are not Western, just in case you needed to know :)
