Villa has a beautiful environment and is far away from the hustle and bustle; the overall facilities of the hotel are new and clean. The breakfast is very diversified and tastes good, especially the Pho soup base. Only it is far from the city center, so you have to take a taxi whether from Da Nang or Hoi An city center. But that's what makes the hotel such a beautiful setting. What needs to be improved is the service attitude of the staff. On the first night, there was no power in the room, and I called the front desk three times to successfully arrange for staff to come to the room for repairs. On the morning of the day we left the hotel, we asked for a late check-out, and the front desk said they would get back to us as soon as possible to see if we could delay the check-out; however, they did not get a reply until we left the hotel room. Moreover, before we checked out, we called the front desk and asked the shuttle bus to wait in front of the Villa and take us to the front desk. When we saw the bus from the second floor of the Villa, we went downstairs immediately, but when we got underground, the shuttle bus had already left.
