"The hotel was nice and clean and although there is no elevator it was ok to get some exercise . It's not the best for families though , although we had 5 kids under the age of 8 we didn't feel the hotel was set out for young kids and felt like a hinderance to the staff. There is no privacy either , the staff are always hanging about by the small reception and you are constantly watched through their CCTV cameras , they monitor you doing everything at all times . They tried to charge us for breakfast by saying they saw us in the kitchen area and that we needed to pay despite us only sitting in the dining area and not consuming anything. They smile to your face but try to catch you doing wrong things all the time and it's hard to relax as you constantly feel you are being monitored or judged"

"This apartment-style hotel in a residential area is equipped with basic dining utensils and has a modern and warm design. The bedrooms, living room, and bathrooms are clean and comfortable. The front desk is always staffed, and there is free parking. Turn right out of the complex and you'll find a supermarket and a pizza restaurant (highly recommended), as well as many restaurants. Across from the pizza restaurant is the seaside promenade, and Kotor's Old Town is a 3-kilometer walk away."

"The room was pleasant, with a beautiful view from the balcony. The shower was awkward to use, with no shelf for toiletries. Breakfast was standard European fare: boiled eggs, cheese, sausage, vegetables, delicious melon and watermelon, and so on. The hotel was fairly close to the beach."

"This was the most expensive hotel of the trip. Overall, the service was decent, the staff were friendly, and the view was okay. However, the hotel didn't provide free drinking water at all; there wasn't even a kettle. You had to buy water. I don't know if this is the case for all hotels in Kotor. Since the hotel isn't close to the old town and isn't within walking distance, and there are no restaurants nearby, we had to eat at the hotel. Both breakfast and lunch were average and not very satisfying, and the prices weren't cheap either. Overall, it's a hotel with a low cost-performance ratio, but this might be a common situation in the Kotor area."

His energy, creativity, and genuine enthusiasm shine through in everything he does, and it was such a pleasure chatting with him each day. People like Lucas create the kind of atmosphere that makes guests never want to leave. The management at Adiya Signature Hotel are incredibly lucky to have such a wonderful team. Every single person we met made us feel genuinely cared for, and their warmth and professionalism made our stay unforgettable. It was an absolute joy to stay here, and we will treasure these memories forever. We cannot wait to return!"
