"The room was exactly as pictured – spotlessly clean, very modern, and fully equipped for cooking with all necessary dishes and utensils. A small path leads directly down the slope to the beach, where you'll find plenty of restaurants. For convenient shopping, there's a supermarket just a right turn down the slope. The old town is about a 15-minute walk away. The owner was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. Overall, a fantastic stay!"

"I had a mixed experience staying at Solaris Lux apartments. Starting with the positives, the location is excellent. It is a very short walk to the beach, and it is easy to walk to both the historic old town and the main shopping area. Upon arrival, I received a warm welcome, and the apartment itself was generally well equipped with all the basic amenities. Unfortunately, the downsides prevented me from fully enjoying my stay, and I felt the property was overpriced for what it offers. The apartment is showing significant signs of wear and tear, and I was disappointed to find stains on both the furniture and the bed linen. Noise from the adjacent road is also a constant issue day and night. Furthermore, crossing this road to get to the beach can be quite dangerous, which is worth noting if you are traveling with children. Another unexpected issue was the salty tap water. While I understand that the host cannot control the local water infrastructure, they really should explain this situation to guests at arrival so they can prepare. Lastly, there was a lingering smell of cat urine in the entrance area of the apartment. Solaris Lux has great potential due to its location, but it needs maintenance to justify its current price."
