Unfortunately, the downsides prevented me from fully enjoying my stay, and I felt the property was overpriced for what it offers. Noise from the adjacent road is also a constant issue day and night. Furthermore, crossing this road to get to the beach can be quite dangerous, which is worth noting if you are traveling with children. Another unexpected issue was the salty tap water. While I understand that the host cannot control the local water infrastructure, they really should explain this situation to guests at arrival so they can prepare. Lastly, there was a lingering smell of cat urine in the entrance area of the apartment. Solaris Lux has great potential due to its location, but it needs maintenance to justify its current price."
