Had a great stay at hotel. Warm n hospitable service by front desk, housekeeping n restaurant staff. Good quality breakfast too. Loved the witty phrases that we spotted ('"whatever", "so vain").

The software and hardware are top-notch. There is an ATM machine on the first floor, which accepts UnionPay cards (including debit cards). The waiters are helpful and provide guidance. The breakfast is rich and of high quality. The check-in experience is very good and the price is reasonable!

When booking, it was stated that we would check in at 15:00. Because the plane arrived at 5 a.m. and we arrived at the hotel at 6 a.m., we wanted to pay more to check in early, but the front desk let us check in directly, which was great.

Very good, good value for money

I went to watch football and stayed in the most expensive hotel ever. W's nightclub style is as good as ever. I don't like how the shower faucet puts hot water. The Italian restaurant in the hotel is good
