The butler service was also very attentive, especially Rama and Mago, who deserve special commendation."

They serve an evening snack with juice, fruits and snack. Breakfast options are fine: waffles, salad, middle eastern food. As an South East Asian tourist, it is to be expected to almost never find anything like home in Middle east. Room service options are good, taste good and quick as well. The fruit platter surprisingly has the best options of fruit I have ever experienced anywhere before. 🥰 so happy to find gooseberry and cranberry!"

"Had a lovely stay at the Aleph. The hotel is in a good location (West bay) and the apartments/rooms are really nice and spacious with lovely views. The only downside is that if you arrive before check in time (3pm) they will not give you a room even if they are available. They seem to be very strict on this policy. We were travelling with 3 young children and they wouldn’t allow us to check in to the room even a few mins before 3pm which was ridiculous. We were told the rooms were not available however they miraculously became available at 3pm."
