"I stayed here for a few days while changing apartments and the staff understandably assumed I was only here for a short stopover. I left an item of clothing behind and whether they threw it away or it was stolen by staff, I do not know, but they were so unprofessional and unhelpful when I rang to ask them about it. It was definitely left in that hotel yet they were insisting they had no record of it after I checked out. The housekeeping manager also never bothered to call me back and every time I rang, I was put through to unprofessional people. Would not recommend this stay to be honest. I’ve been in Doha for more than 4 years and this is the worst hotel I’ve stayed at here, in terms of staff."

The staffs were so friendly and whatever we requested they just responded so quick. Not crowded and well maintained. For sure will come back again soon with the whole fam. I hope they can extend the pool timing because its summer so we can only enjoy the pool specially in the evening. I hope not only from 8am to 5pm. But the rest was perfect 😍😍"

"The receptionist at the reception was professional and prompt, but the carpet in the room was worn and dirty. I liked the bedding and mattress, but overall, the hotel and room were old. I didn't like the lack of food stores and restaurants nearby. The buffet selection at the evening dinner in the hotel restaurant was limited; the chicken seemed stale, so I didn't eat it. I paid R$59 for the buffet, which is expensive for such a limited selection."
