Best Pet friendly Hotels in Doha

I was lucky to check in this hotel, my room is a one-bedroom suite which is located at the upper floor. First of all, the services are warm, effective and professional. All staff take great care about the guests'needs and try to solve any problems. Very quick to response and understand vere well the exact demands of the guests. There are varied resturants nearby, seafood, cafe, Mcdonalds, Burger King, Arabic food and etc. Facilities are new and well-maintained, mattresses, bed sheets, comformters(duvets), pillows are comfortable. For my room, the most important is spacious. If I feel exhausted owing to jet leg or walking too much per day, then my room is a perfect place for relax. I was hurry to check out on Feb 29, unfortunately I forgot to grab the fruit knife stored in reception. My room number is 1412, the luggage storage tag is 03209. The hotel is nice with its environment. They had a meeting room which is very useful to business trip.The door keeper and the reception girls are really helpful to us. They even helped us with phone call to customers who can not speak English. The breakfast is also good.I really recommend this hotel to you.

I had a great time. It was like a home away from home. The hotel staff was very helpful they made my stay at the hotel exceptional, they helped me with recommendations of places to visit, telling me more about what activities take place in those places. They were always available on the phone(front desk) and they provided assistance wherever it was needed in a short space of time. I-only had breakfast once, which I think can be improved, but that’s my opinion. With that being said, I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.Thank you.

The hotel wasn't 100% clean when I checked in, the toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all in fact. The buffet was good, but didn't have a lot to choose from, as there was a lot of beef which I don't eat and no chicken options.

This is a very nice hotel. Very kind staff and accommodating. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. All things are high quality, good service! The food is amazing. The breakfast, and the dinner we tried them and they never disappoint! We will come back to this hotel hopefully and truly, it is worth it! Nice hotel and walking distance to the malls. The only downside is they don’t have proper sports channel that covers international football like laliga or EPL. For 5 stars hotel I can’t accept this. Gotta go to sports bar inside the malls to catch the football match. For country like Qatar this is humiliating.

Concierges could have been on shift later in regards to calling for advice for things reception did not have the answers for. Hellen was amazing she went above and beyond for me during my stay at Mondrian. I even left some bits behind which I only noticed 2 days after leaving the hotel. Hellen called me back after I alerted the hotel and informed me that my items were stored in a safe space and gave me a reference code to collect my bits. I would advise also expanding a beauty services in regards to manicure with gel nails. I went elsewhere through recommendation of the hotel reception staff.

It was cleaner, more spacious than I expected, had a high ceiling, and I was satisfied. The location was also really good. You could walk to West Bay Beach and the building. I requested a non-smoking room, but the only downside was that it smelled like cigarettes.

Stayed in Doha with many hotels with similar prices. Four Seasons and Mandarin Oriental are the most at home. Refurbished before Four Seasons. All the facilities in the house are very good. The service is also great. If you return to Doha in the future, Four Seasons must be the first choice.
