A special thank-you to Ilham and Naila, who went above and beyond to make my son’s birthday extra special with love, surprises, and personal touches we’ll never forget. The staff were welcoming and professional, the rooms wee spacious and clean with beautiful views, and the facilities, from the pool to the beach to the gym wee top-notch. Dining was a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, a perfect mic of comfort, luxury, and great service. Highly recommended!

PPaparazyThe Hospitality of the St Regis Hotel in Doha is second to none, from the reception to the room was so clean and the view from the room was marvelous, the food in the Chinese restaurant, the morning breakfast and the swift response of the staffs was very hospitable, also complementary transportation within the hotel with the carrier is mind blowing.
Not forgetting the complementary water and towel by the beach side and also at the pool side was wow and cooling to the mind considering the weather.
I would love to go back someday

KkdnarkThis is truly an amazing hotel. We celebrated our wedding anniversary on the beach and in the restaurant, and our room was decorated with the most amazing decorations we've ever seen. Thank you so much to Alamin Robul who looked after our room, the restaurant staff, and the recreation team who delivered flowers and drinks to the beach. I'd love to stay here again!

SSafiZRight after our arrival to this hotel we were expecting multiple problems. Customer manager was trying to do her best to make our mood better with complimentary gestures, and after I complained I saw the improvement but still this hotel needs proper stuff training and communication improvements. Neither one day I received any room amenities (teeth brush, vanity kit etc) , for every single and simple thing you gotta ask. And then it’s very slow to execute things. Food at main restaurant fresh but tasteless, we tried one of alacart restaurant on lobby floor but again food was missing flavors. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone who use to stay in five star hotels , because you will feel exhausted to communicate about your needs. That’s a pitty, because property is beautiful, beach is nice, workers are postive and have a smiley face. Just whole lack of management doesn’t make holidays here enjoyable

Cleanliness and well-maintained rooms are frequently praised, contributing to guest satisfaction. The exceptional value and attentive service, with staff going above and beyond. Enjoyed my stay at this wonderful and comfy hotel. Loved every experience and services I received from the staff. The staff were extremely professional and very friendly. We had a pleasant stay.

PPavelHigh standards and a great atmosphere, but without arrogance. The staff is simply the best. I forgot my glasses in a restaurant in another area, I just told the concierge service and an hour later the glasses were already on me.
We were sitting outside with my family and wanted to drink cocktails here and not at the bar, the manager organized everything, although everything was not so smooth there due to the ban on alcohol.
They upgraded the room category to sea view. Everything is free.
This is truly 5-star service. Before that we lived in Fairmont and everything was not like this.

SSULINGIt's full of Christmas spirit. I really like the impactful color contrast in picture 2. Does picture 3 feel like you are really on vacation? This is the best time to feel in Doha. Figure four. Figure 5. Figure 6 is the lobby. I feel that the lobby is still very big. Figure 7 and Figure 8 are pictures of the room I took. Figure 9 Mustard for breakfast [cover face][cover face][cover face]. After eating a few slices of salmon, the young lady brought me a bowl of mustard like this 😂😂😂. The breakfast is really rich. It is worth recommending (I like Adidas now. I don’t even want to buy a Messi jersey [cover face][cover face][cover face]) Suddenly I feel that Adidas can’t climb up [embarrassing][embarrassing][embarrassing][embarrassing][embarrassing] ]-Grand hyatt doha hotel & villas
