The property was in a good location- walkable distance to MIA park and museum. The service was exceptional from the night staff, our son had spoiled the sheet twice at night and both times they were very quick to change sheets. The breakfast was good, a range of options and something for everyone to enjoy. I think some aspects of the rooms can be upgraded as we can see the wear and tear. Otherwise spacious rooms and big and nice bathrooms

I recently stayed at Ezdan Hotel Doha and was truly impressed by what it had to offer. As one of the largest hotels in Doha, it caters to a wide range of guests with its diverse accommodations—from cozy single rooms to spacious long-stay apartments—all designed with modern comforts in mind. One of the highlights of my stay was the outstanding range of facilities. The Olympic-sized swimming pool provided a refreshing retreat, perfect after a long day, and the fully equipped health club made it easy to maintain my fitness routine. Dining options were plentiful too, with a variety of international cuisines alongside local Arabic dishes, and I especially enjoyed the in-room dining experience offered by the hotel’s signature restaurant. What really set this hotel apart, however, was its exceptional service. The staff truly went above and beyond, offering personalized care and ensuring that every need was met with a smile. Their attention to detail made my stay not just comfortable, but memorable, and it was clear that their warm hospitality is a cornerstone of the hotel's reputation. Moreover, the location is a major advantage. Situated within walking distance of the corniche and near West Bay, the hotel offers easy access to Doha’s vibrant city life, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. For families, the outdoor playground and dedicated kid’s pool add an extra layer of convenience and fun. Overall, Ezdan Hotel Doha strikes an excellent balance between luxury and affordability. Its impressive facilities, top-notch customer service, and prime location combine to create an outstanding hospitality experience—one that I would highly recommend for anyone visiting Qatar.

Very nice hotel, gym, and restaurant. The rich breakfast and warm service made me feel like I was back in a familiar place. The hotel is also in a good location, suitable for business trips.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay – Jouri a Murwab Hotel Doha I had an amazing stay at Jouri a Murwab Hotel Doha and would definitely return. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and the room was incredibly spacious, modern, and beautifully designed. Everything was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the large windows gave the room a bright and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel itself is elegant, quiet, and perfect for both a short getaway and a business stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. One of the highlights was the indoor swimming pool. The area is clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The only thing to note is that the pool is quite shallow, making it more suitable for children or adults who simply want to relax rather than swim. The only other improvement I would suggest is adding streaming services such as Netflix and YouTube to the TVs. Having those entertainment options would make the in-room experience even better, especially for guests staying more than one night. Overall, I had a fantastic experience. The complimentary room upgrade, spacious accommodation, excellent service, and beautiful facilities made this a memorable stay. I would happily recommend Jouri a Murwab Hotel Doha to anyone visiting Doha and would definitely stay here again.

The service was excellent! The front desk staff upgraded me to a studio because I was traveling alone and accidentally booked a smoking room. I'm sure this room change made a huge positive difference to my stay over the past few days! The room was spacious, absolutely fantastic! The pillows were a bit too flat and soft, though. I stayed for 3 nights. On the first night, even past 1 AM, there was still constant and rhythmic dragging of tables and chairs coming from upstairs, which made me involuntarily think the worst. Luckily, this didn't happen on the next two nights. I hope I wasn't just scaring myself. Overall, it's definitely recommended! 👍🏻

I had a great experience with the receptionist. I don’t remember his name, but he was either Moroccan or Algerian. He was very friendly, welcoming, and professional from the start. He handled everything efficiently and communicated clearly, making the whole process smooth and comfortable. He truly left a positive impression. Thank you for the excellent service.

Royal Qatar hotel in Amman city is a great option for travelers seeking a laid-back and budget-friendly hotel. The hotel offers basic but clean rooms, providing a comfortable place to rest after a day of exploring the city. It is located very close to Souq Waqif, there are many restaurants, bars, and coffee places walking distance. The staff are warm and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Basic breakfast is also included.

Disappointing Experience – Poor Cleanliness, Outdated Facilities, and Lack of Service Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel has been quite disappointing. From the first day, we noticed that basic amenities such as towels and slippers were missing, and we had to request them from the staff. Even the towels provided were very old, worn out, and clearly needed replacing. The washing machine was extremely noisy and actually made our clothes dirtier instead of cleaning them. We later discovered that the inside of the machine was very dirty. We also found stains on the bedsheets, which raised serious concerns about hygiene. Most of the facilities are outdated and need proper maintenance and renovation. The water temperature is another problem. Even when using the cold water, it remains extremely hot. On top of that, the room telephone doesn’t work, and there is no room service available. The only positive aspect is the hotel’s location, which is calm and quiet. Overall, the hotel has potential, but the lack of cleanliness, basic amenities, and proper maintenance makes the experience disappointing. Guests deserve clean bedsheets, decent towels, functional facilities, and basic services without having to ask for everything. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

I stayed at Saraya Palace Hotel in Doha, Qatar for 10 days. The location was convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, making my visit enjoyable. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would consider staying here again.

Not bad with my booked room charges. But I found 2 small cockroaches in the room and only 1 set of amenities even thought additional ones were provided immediately once I requested. Front staff were friendly and ok.
