The rooms are quite dated but I can’t complain as the price of the hotel was cheap so it is value for money.

Average hotel with reasonable price. Front staff was nice and helpful. I appreciated that hotel accepted very early check in without extra charge.

The hotel looks old unlike in pictures. the receptionist is somewhat rude. I did not read the fine print of my reservation because i am used to pay my reservation using my credit card and he immediately told me "no you have not paid your reservation yet and i can prove that to you". he never even gave me the chance to check on my own because he rebutted. the electrical wirings of the refrigerator and tv and others are like mixed spaghetti. I booked a city view but when i opened the curtain, see nothing but walls that i cannot even see the neighbor while i am only at the first floor. i was about to leave but thinking that my stay will only be an overnight so i stayed and instead of staying until 12 of check out, i immediately checked out by 7am.

That thin guy at the reception is really good at his job and he talks to guests professionally and he allowed me one visitor in for a couple of minutes. Then there's this room attendant in maroon uniform who wouldn't let us in the room when my friend came to the hotel. I already informed the reception about that I booked the room for 2 people. He was very rude in approaching us. He just said we cannot enter the room and we have to wait in the lobby. So I went to the receptionist to ask what's the problem and he said it's nothing then he let us in. Another thing is that the bed sheets have stains in them. Even the towels and curtains in the bathroom and the chair covers have.

The location is good as you can walk to famous sightseeing spots such as Musharaib Downtown and Souwaqif, and the nightly rate is not expensive, so it is recommended.

Even considering the special nature of the World Cup period, it was the worst. First, the bedding was dirty and worn to the level of rags, so I only slept for a few hours on a towel. There was no coffee pot, so I had to get hot water from the restaurant to drink tea. The reception at the reception and the service of keeping luggage were good, but the original purpose of the hotel is to sleep, but the bedding was so dirty that I didn't even want to touch it. Also, there were mosquitoes that were not found elsewhere, and the smell in the room was not refreshing, so I did not breathe through my nose. My travel experience of 300,000 won per night was the worst after Japanese smoking rooms.
