房間寬敞明亮，裝飾風格高雅大氣，給人一種温馨舒適的感覺。早餐服務更是貼心周到，每天早晨都有專人將新鮮美味的早餐送到房間，極大地方便了用餐需求。這次住宿體驗非常滿意。

整體不錯，定了很多次了，但是這次前台那女的服務很不滿意，我出去吃飯下樓時把房卡放前台，説吃完飯回來拿。我出去吃個飯而已，回來到前台拿房卡的時候，前台服務員在給其他客人訂房，我説我開好房的，你衹需要把房卡拿給我就好了，結果人家一臉不情願的説，讓我等下，説正在辦理的那客人先來的。我真沒見過這麼不圓滑的前台服務，我催了兩次，依然沒把房卡給我，黑着個臉，就是説讓我等下。等就等吧，你還態度不好，怎麼會用這種人做前台？差評。
