The day before check-in, I received a call from Yoyo, the guest team manager. The service attitude was very good and he prepared parking instructions for the hotel entrance and check-in tips for us. After checking in, I found that the room still had a smell. Since it was a villa area that had just opened, the smell of a large number of wooden furniture and Muzhi artworks had not dissipated. Later, Yoyo informed me that there was a difference in price between villas and floor rooms, and suggested placing a new order for a room on the next floor and then contacting Ctrip customer service to cancel the original order. This is really very attentive to details. We will never let customers spend too much money and treat customers honestly.
