體驗感很好，性價比也很高，房間衞生也很乾凈，服務熱情地理位置很方便，附近有條宵夜街吃東西很方便，旁邊還有大商場萬科裏商場和萬達廣場買東西很方便，近地鐵口，下次有機會還來，外出遊玩和出差都非常推薦

老闆人很好，房間乾淨衞生，不像那種潮濕的小旅館，被子也不是那種年頭久的，價格還實惠。旁邊吃飯，購物都很方便，離地鐵近，出門找工作轉車也方便。

公寓位置優越，靠近地鐵口，周邊生活設施、出行都很便利，房間很寬敞，被子都是老闆新入手，不像別家用的發黃，住着很放心，物優價廉，果斷給好評。

為什麼會差評？1、與描述不符：這家民宿的實際情況與網上宣傳大相徑庭。宣傳圖片上房間寬敞明亮，傢俱嶄新，標着是2025年新開業的，可實際房間很舊，如傢俱空調也陳舊且有損壞，完全沒有宣傳中的美景。開業是新開業，但房子是接原本民宿的（有圖片證明，在門後面有標識，叫精英商務公寓）這種虛假宣傳行為，嚴重欺騙了消費者，讓人感覺上當受騙，以後一定會提醒身邊的朋友避開這家民宿。2、已入住情況：當時我來到店的時候是早上，也提前打電話問老闆現在有沒有房？能不能現在入住？老闆説有/可以，我才來的。自己當時又困又累就想早點辦理入住去休息，沒有在意他的簡陋和臟亂差的問題，就想好好的休息，再住了快二十多分鐘以後，房間的味道實在太臭了，太難受了我都差點要吐了，所以去找老闆換房，老闆給我換的房還是像這樣的，也是沒有裝修和網絡圖片根本不搭邊！3、店家拒絕退款：申請退款老闆居然拒絕，打電話到平台説我使用了他東西和已經入住了就不能退款，一分錢也不能退！最後平台退了一半房費給我，雖然彌補了我一點點損失就算是給大家避一下坑！！！我是奔着你家店在平台標着2025年新開業，房間又裝修得這麼好看，又靠近萬達，房價便宜等優勢才選擇你們家結果給我來個大反差！簡直可笑又可怕！
