Dongguan Nancheng Subdistrict Hotels

This hotel is right in the centre of Dongguan and steps away from the subway. My room was large, clean and well decorated. Breakfast in the executive lounge was amazing. No complaints and hearty recommendations!

Overall my experience during my all stay was good. Service was quite good. I did not ask for any special facility but looks me the hotel provide good facilities to the customers. Yes I enjoyed my breakfast and food in one of their restaurant.

The hotel is in a good location and it is convenient to eat around. The parking lot is large and very convenient. There is a charging station next to the Four Seasons Hotel at the back. The price is 1.2 yuan per kilowatt-hour. But the music listening function in the room is really useless. I have lived in LeFeng for 5 years. Either it can't be played. Or it is like this one. The music is played downstairs at 1 o'clock in the middle of the night and it woke me up directly. It's speechless. The tea restaurant downstairs is being renovated and it woke me up early in the morning. It's really speechless. The family room is well decorated and there is no odor in the room, but there is no purifier. Doesn't every room have a purifier? Then, can you learn from Four Seasons Hotel and get a coffee machine in the lobby?

We originally booked another hotel where we often stay, but when we saw that this was a newly opened one, we decided to try it out. We checked in with our two children. Butler Xiaohan upgraded the room and gave us an extra breakfast. The overall stay was good. After checking in, they knocked on our door twice to ask if we needed refills of water, which was quite thoughtful. However, I feel that the breakfast time on weekends could be delayed to 10:30. When we arrived at 9:30, there was nothing to eat. Maybe we went too late. The scenery outside the window was pretty good at a glance, and the overall hygiene was also very clean!

Facilities: relatively comprehensive Hygiene: the auntie cleans very clean Environment: relatively quiet, the stay is OK Service: the front desk lady's service is very good I have been on business trips for more than two years, and I have stayed in this hotel many times and I like it very much.

Perfect. The location is great, near very big mall. There is also a small convenient store right next to hotel. Good smell. Good bed. Good breakfast. The staffs are friendly, helpful. They support me to change the room quickly and neatly. The design of hotel is very beautiful and customer centric. I will always choose this hotel for my future trips

Was originally happy that we were given a free room upgrade for our long stay. The hotel lobby, common level 4 has leftover smoke smell, and since aircon system is shared, it didn't occur to me that we weren't by default given a smoke free level/room upon the upgrade, even though I've booked for non-smoking room. Therefore, both of us got rashes or mite bites from the poor air quality in the room. After 2 nights of torture, we complained to the counter and then found out that we can move into a non-smoking room. Everything was fine afterwards (our skin still healing), and we were also given a small goodie bag as a token for apology. Conclusion, don't expect the receptionist to read the online booking order, and remind them constantly. Lastly, as shown in pics, the towel cleanliness varies before usage, although we were told that new cleaned towels will be delivered to the hotel daily. Room size is great.

I will come back to the hotel soon. Keep your great service guys! I recommend your hotel for travellers. If you want to stay in safe lovely place, Silver land Joel Dongguan is the best.

The hotel has free parking. The parking problem of self-driving tour to Shenzhen is solved, and there is also an outlet mall here for shopping and strolling, which is very convenient. The hotel rooms are all equipped with smart systems, and the sanitation is also very clean. The stay experience is very good

The location is about 10-15 mins walk to the metro. Room is clean and stocked up with drinks in the fridge free for the guests to consumed. There is even night porridge provided between 9:30-11.00pm. All staff are pleasant and courteous. Only criticism I have is the hot breakfast should be warm and heated better. Likewise the night porridge. Overall, highly recommended
