I recently stayed at Ramada Encore hotel (Dongguan Dongcheng Wanda Plaza) I had an amazing experience! The room was clean , spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out their way to ensure a comfortable stay . The breakfast was really great with plenty of options. I will definitely be back !

Rooms are ok and tidy but the receptionist is not good and the carpark is not good and no cover (outdoor plus temporary parking).

The hotel is average! There is a late-night snack stall not far away, full of people eating late-night snacks! But if you check in at night, it is difficult to park and you have to find a spot yourself. The room facilities are OK. The TV cannot be projected, which is not very convenient. The room hygiene is OK.

The room is clean and tidy, the transportation is also very convenient, the subway can be directly reached, it is very convenient, the newly renovated hotel is not bad, very warm, the front desk Mi Li service is very good, and took the initiative to help me with the luggage, the sound insulation effect is very good. I had a good sleep, it is worth recommending.

It should be a newly opened hotel. The facilities are good and very clean! I like the soft sofa. The height of the sofa and the table is just right. I can work without any pressure. The hotel is very clean and quiet. There is also a little white cat! Very well behaved! Sometimes it can't get in and will stand at the door and wait for someone to help it open the door. The staff in the hotel are also very enthusiastic to greet, feel full of energy and polite. The cost performance is really high. This price also has such good service. I will most likely come back next time~

Don't be ambiguous with other girls, keep distance in front of the opposite sex, because I will be jealous, will be sad, don't lie to me, don't perfunctory me, don't see my news and don't reply, (except in busyness) don't chat and suddenly disappear, I love nonsense, and I don't feel safe, Hope you have been. If staying in Dongguan this business hotel is very comfortable. The king sized room was very spacious. Breakfast was included and I appreciated the washing machine and clothes dryer. The staff welcomed me on each occasion. Very handy location to the mall and the Dongcheng metro station. Dongguan metro is very fast to the high speed railways stations at each end. Interesting neighbourhood.

Every time I come to Dongguan on business, I stay here. It is close to the city center, clean and sanitary, and the decoration style is simple and generous. The only drawback is that there are not enough parking spaces. There are no parking spaces after 7 or 8 pm.

We selected this hotel due to its location - conveniently situated in the heart of Dongcheng. Also, due to the unpredictable weather, the indoor pool, dining, Spa (facilities and recreation at this hotel) allowed us to relax without worrying about the rain! We were lucky to book the driverless taxi around town as the stopping point for this service is directly at the gate to the hotel. Always a pleasant stay here!

The room I booked was an executive suite. It was large. It had two large rooms, a large bathroom and a walk in closet and a separate toilet. The decor is a little dated. But this did not make it feel any less grand. The previous hotel was more modern but this room is grander in scale. the bedroom had a panoramic view of the city. We were on the 15th floor. The elevator was fast and would get you from 1 to 15 in 20 seconds. The bathtub could be enjoyed in the dark with the blinds lifted something I took advantage of each day. The toilets are not smart which I got used to in my previous hotel. But they did the job. The shower had good water pressure, the rainfall shower was installed into the ceiling and it had great intensity. The shampo, conditioner and gel were great and the toothpaste was Colgate. There were some amenities listed but we're not available during our stay such as the executive lounges and bars, but the staff explained all the benefits could be enjoyed in the dining hall. There is a onsite pool, gym and sauna on the 5th floor along with a spa. I did not get to try the pool as I had no swim wear. But you could rent if you wanted. The buffet breakfast and dinner was all very good with a lot of options. The freshly cooked noodle and grill station were amazing. I would recommend arriving when it starts or an hour into service as sometimes they begin to pack up before the service is closed. Drinks were unlimited and so was the self serve gelato, which I frequented The room was non-smoking and free from smells as requested which is a plus and I am thankful for, as this could ruin the experience for me and my pregnant partner. The staff were all very welcoming and would greet us every day. Amenities and towels were replenished The interior of the hall was grand the dining hall was decorated, high ceilings and lots of lights secured behind a safety net. Dongguan I did not get to see much of. But it's a city that is in the midst of development with new metros being planned and in the midst of being built. I am excited to see how it changes. Our stay was short but it is indeed one of our most memorable hotels. One due to the size and grandeur of the room and the second was the service provided.
