First, Trip.com did not clearly remind guests that the entrance of this hotel is connected to the entrance of the art museum, which caused me to go two laps to find this porch 👎🏻. Then the check-in front desk clerk was very polite, professional and efficient, so we went to the room to rest as soon as possible. Based on the first stay, we booked the only room in the hotel with the largest room of 118 square meters (the waiter called the presidential suite), oh! As soon as I entered the room, it was very awkward (hot) because it was too big! The air conditioner failed to provide enough and good temperature (both days and nights), and then began to explore the room and found the following problems 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 1) Insufficient air conditioning (air conditioning) 2) TV and remote control do not match, resulting in not watching movies and TV 3) Refrigerator has no power plug 4) Tea set water dumplings have no power supply, so they cannot be enjoyed 5) No convenient slippers are provided for guests to use 6) Toilet and lid do not match 7) The shower door has no handle (cannot be opened when closed) 8) There is no hanger in the bathroom to support towel clothes 9) cracks in the glass walls of shower intervals (posing blasting hazard) 10) No bathrobes available for guests to use 11) There is no paper roll device in the toilet (Guests can only place it everywhere) This room is 118 square meters, but only one telephone 13) The electric plug-in board in the whole room is too high, and the guests can't use it at all 14) There is no chair in the bathroom, which is inconvenient for guests to make up 15) Poor cleanliness of the Jacuzzi 16) This is a ”business” room, that is, the lighting is insufficient 17) No coffee drinks (only two tea bags) 18) Trip.com It is said that there are executive lounges, ready-to-eat snacks, sodas, fruits, and alcoholic drinks for guests in this room to enjoy, but the above mentioned ”is really not provided”, which is a serious situation that violates the ”Commodities and Description Regulations”  19) The privacy of guests and the security level in the hotel should be improved. Example: Normal guests can use the room card to press the floor when entering the elevator, but the delivery staff can freely enter and exit the guest floor, or guests on other floors can go to different rooms at will.
