The hotel experience this time was great! The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. The facilities are complete, the network is stable, and the hot water supply is sufficient. The service staff is kind and enthusiastic, answer all questions, and also intimately provide suggestions for surrounding play. Hotel location is also good, the surrounding transportation is convenient, eating and shopping are very convenient. Next time I travel, I will choose here!

Due to work relationships, I chose one that was closer to my workplace. The room is very spacious and overall good. There is a couplet on the bedside, probably left by previous guests, which is quite funny. There are still some balloon fragments on the ground. I hope the hotel will pay attention to the cleanliness. In addition, the TV facing the bed did not work properly. The hotel arranged for staff to come up and check it. They explained that since there is only one socket, unless you pay to become a VIP of the TV brand, but I only stayed for one night and it was waived😅 But the room It's still a comfortable stay

This is my first time staying in this hotel. I feel very grand as soon as I enter the hotel lobby. The price is very cheap and the room is very clean. There is a place for nucleic acid testing not far from the door. The front desk clerk is also very considerate and has a very good service attitude. Not bad.

GGuest UserThe facilities for international business travelers are not great.
The working desk, desk light and chair and not suitable for working sustained periods of time (chair too low, light did hold position and table round and not practical). I did ask the hotel if they could help and although they were very willing, they didn't manage to find a solution.
Also, whilst they are very willing to help, there were many employees that didn't speak fluent English so everything took a long time to explain - from problems to room service. This point about the room service was aggravated by the fact that the ordering process should be done via scanning a QR code on WeChat which then runs an ordering program however this program is ONLY in Chinese so unless you are fluent in Chinese, you will find out after going through the whole process that you need to call the front desk, try to find somebody who can speak English and order that way.
It is a nice place just not very focused on international travelers.

The room layout is exquisite and reasonable, the facilities are new and complete, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, allowing me to have a good night's sleep. The service staff are warm and considerate. From the thoughtful guidance when checking in to the response to needs during the stay, they are extremely efficient. The hotel restaurant has rich and delicious dishes and a variety of breakfast options. The location is superior, the transportation is convenient, and the surrounding facilities are complete. Highly recommended to friends traveling for business and vacation, you will definitely be satisfied!

The entire hotel also smelled wonderful, which added to the overall pleasant experience.Although I don't speak Chinese and the staff didn't speak English, they were incredibly kind and went out of their way to assist me. They helped me navigate various things, like arranging taxis and giving me suggestions on where to go. Their willingness to help despite the language barrier was truly impressive.The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, offering a wide variety of options. Most importantly, the room was spotless, which is something I value greatly. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, and friendly place to stay.

The Ibis Hotel in Dongguan is a hidden gem. This is our second time staying at this hotel, and we will definitely choose it again for our future visits to Dongguan. We opted for the panoramic room, which offers a bit more space. The room is well-equipped with all the essentials. Considering the price you pay, the value is exceptional. The breakfast provided is not only delicious but also offers a wide variety of options at a very reasonable price. The reception staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. We adore this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future.

GGuest UserRecently renovated and they have done a great job - especially the lobby and restaurant. The rooms are large and well equipped but they are very mean with the tea/coffee giving just 1 small coffee sachet (enough for half a cup) but providing 2 cups. However, they are happy to send extra but in the standard of hotel you should not need to ask.
RIP the mini bar - they used to have a great mini bar with snacks, wine/beer etc. Now it is a fridge with a couple of bottle of soft drinks.
On the subject of alcohol - the old Carmens bar which had several pool tables and a relaxed atmosphere - has now closed and replaced with what is intended to be a lobby bar but looks more like a bottle museum. The lighting is way too bright for a bar - it's pretty much floodlight so if you want a nice cozy relaxing drink forget it. They have a trolley full of great booze tucked away in the side room - various spirits, liqueurs. They need to set them up on the virtually empty shelves and at least try and make it look like bar. Final gripe is the staff in this brilliantly lit bar have zero interest in what they are doing. Not a single smile or any expression of anything on both evenings I was there. Just a blank stare then back to the phone screen.
The breakfast was excellent as were the staff - very helpful and smiley. Front desk were also great. However, to be considered of a International standard (they plan to join a major chain soon) they really need to improve spoken English

The bed is very big and comfortable. The most important thing is that the weather is too cold. The hotel has heating. It’s a great stay. It's still very comfortable. Although the breakfast doesn't have many varieties, it has everything you need and the taste is very good. Many hotels don't provide slippers for children. This hotel also installed slippers, toothbrushes and other toiletries for children. , I have to like this 👍, the service is very meticulous, the ladies at the front desk are very beautiful, I will come and stay here next time I have a chance

I ordered food twice. In the afternoon time the food served was not warm enough. The Spaghetti Bolognaise the sauce wasn't confident and the meat mince was very tough. The Malaysian curry rice was nice. The Fruit platter was also okay...though the selection of fruits was very limited.
The dinner time, was even worse, they did not serve my ordered dish, they could not cancel the order, the replacement they gave to us was not cooked properly did not taste good. Both the soup were okay. moreover the communication with the hotel staff wasn't comfortable. if they did not have a particular dish they should have removed it from the digital menu and if not should have been able to cancel the order. The alternative to the dish was very ordinary. In total I spent over RMB 546 on food. I think it wasn't worth the money spent. So, Good location, cleanliness and facilities ..but service and quality of food...not good...so, a lot of improvement can be done.

GGuest UserThe best hotel in town! Very good western breakfast. Very clear environment. There is a great restaurant with Japanese cuisine. The downside for a hotel of such a high standard is that the staff does not speak English.

A very big disadvantage in the cold season - the central air conditioning system of the hotel does not support the heating function and you will simply freeze in your room. Once upon I spent a few weeks in winter in this hotel, they provided me with 3 mobile heaters and this was the only way I could escape the cold.

EElenaThe hotel looks beautiful, renovated, nicely decorated and facilitated. The furniture is very decent, according to the classic style of the hotel. The cleaning service is extraordinary.The breakfast provided could be more assorted and decent. Gym is pretty old, however it's convenient. The steam room and the sauna are too small, could be arranged better. The communication with the staff in English is very problematic, but electronic dictionaries saved us many times. Overall we were very satisfied with the hotel and will be back if we have still things to do with at Dongguan.

CChi KwongThe view is excellent, with floor-to-ceiling glass, very open and overlooking the distant scenery.
The projection TV has the same audio and video experience as a theater, but unfortunately it automatically shuts down after about half an hour, which is not pleasant!
The place is spacious and fully equipped.
The front desk does not provide full-time support. If you have a domestic phone call, there will be no problem.
