@@travelwithleongthianThe location of this hotel is superb. It is only a short walking distance away from the Metro station. Within walking distance are several restaurants which serve excellent meals at reasonable prices. Opposite the hotel is a fresh fruits & vegetables market which is worth visiting.
The front office staff are very helpful and will go all out to assist you. They gave useful advice on places to visit and good restaurants to go for meals.

CCathrin. GI had an amazing stay at Ji hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Songsan area. The environment is exceptionally clean and well maintained, which made the entire stay feel comfortable and relaxing. The hotel features a modern and stylish design, with beautiful interiors that give a very luxurious and contemporary atmosphere.
The room was very spacious and thoughtfully designed, providing plenty of comfort and space to relax after a long day. Everything felt new and well organized, which added to the overall premium experience.
One of the best things about this hotel is its excellent location. It is very convenient to travel anywhere in the city, with many attractions easily accessible nearby. There is also a large shopping mall directly beside the hotel, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment without needing to travel far. The traffic at this area quite heavy and a lots of cars sound their horn that could be disturbing, however I didn’t experience the noise pollution after late night hence it is acceptable to me.
Their breakfast start from 7am-10am and plenty of choices even though only Chinese style is served. Hopefully their coffee machine is working in the future, as an overseas traveller, coffee is part of our basic need.
One thing I wish to special highlight is about the free laundry, you can view the available machine slots from your room (open the TV and you can see the info). Super convenient! You don’t have to walk all the way to the laundry area to check by yourself.
I would definitely give this hotel a full 5-star rating and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Hygiene: The room was spotlessly clean. The mattress was unique – it felt firm at first, then softened up after a while.
Environment: There's not much to say about the surroundings, but it's very close to Songshan Lake Scenic Area.
Service: The service was good. The front desk was very responsive and always available when called.
Ramada Double Night Snack: The night snack selection was extensive, including congee, steamed dumplings, buns, fruits, corn, and sweet potatoes.

They offer free parking, and the facilities are comprehensive, with a laundry room and gym available for use. The breakfast was also quite good.

GGuest UserInterContinental, which didn't raise its prices during the May Day holiday, is undoubtedly the best choice in Dongguan. At just over 600 RMB, the InterContinental offers unbeatable value for money. Before checking in, I received a call from guest relations asking about my room preferences. I arrived a little after 1 PM and checked in. Although I booked a standard room, I was upgraded to a corner room, which was a very pleasant surprise. InterContinental truly never disappoints! 👍 The only minor drawback was that the gym was a bit small, and there weren't enough towels in the changing room. After my swim, there were no towels available. It seems the gym is outsourced, and the management is a bit disorganized.

LLnosBathroom are equipped with both shower and large bath. You can enjoy a relaxing bath, full of roses. We prepared our own, I think you can ask for them to prepare it for you. Here you will get a nice view, especially at night. The location is good as you're next to a mall where you can find a big supermarket if you go upstairs. There are lots of restaurants near this hotel, a KFC open 24/7, McDonalds until 22pm, chinese restaurants closes very late so if you want more tasty and nutritious food try it out :) I recommend you try out the cooked chicken from the restaurant that has an oven on the right side of the entrance. This chicken is on the first page of their menu, it's a must try ! if you just need a snack, there are convenience stores too

GGuest UserThe hotel's service no longer meets five-star standards. When checking in, a female supervisor-like person walked past me and, right in front of me, told the front desk staff not to process any more check-ins after mine. I mean, am I not a guest? During the check-in process, there was complimentary lemon water nearby, but no disposable cups. My mom asked if there were any cups, and the supervisor curtly replied that they were all used up. I gave her a look, and then very quickly, a server brought a whole stack of paper cups. I really don't know where they hired this 'service supervisor.' Please train your staff properly. This hotel is even worse than other Atour hotels. We didn't interact much after check-in, but those ten minutes of checking in left a very bad impression.

CCathrin.GThe hotel provides a wide range of amenities that made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I especially appreciated the daily housekeeping service, which kept the room clean and fresh throughout my visit. The room itself was quite spacious, even though I booked one of the more budget-friendly options, which was a pleasant surprise.
One area that could be improved is the lighting control in the room. There is no central switch to dim or turn off the lights, so I had to walk around the room to switch off different lights before going to sleep. Additionally, the bathroom layout separates the toilet from the shower area, requiring a few steps to move between them.
The hotel provides clothes washing services but it’s chargeable and the price is on high side. One piece of normal ladies pant cost RMB50, male pant cost RMB45. If you give the clothes the housekeeping staff before 11am, they will send the clothes back to your room within the same day.
Pullman Hotel also offers several in-house dining options, including Chinese and Japanese-style restaurants within the premises, which made dining very convenient. If you order food delivery , they have the robot machine to send your food to the room, just make sure you indicated the room number clearly. The lift required a room card to access hence the dispatcher will not be able to send the food to your room.
Hotel staff is helpful, I requested them to collect the parcel on my behalf from the locker located at basement and they acting it very fast. Keeping them for me even though the check in date was a week later.
Overall, it was still a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Pullma.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, with a great environment and well-maintained facilities. The only minor drawback is that the front desk is about 100-200 meters from the main entrance of the estate, and golf carts aren't allowed. This means if you order takeout and the delivery person isn't willing to walk, guests have to go out and meet them, which can be inconvenient when you're on a tight schedule for a business trip.

GGuest UserThere was a slight hiccup during my stay, which initially caused a bit of concern. However, the staff handled it incredibly promptly and with a wonderful attitude, resolving it right away. It actually made me feel even more at ease. The room itself was spotlessly clean, the bedding was comfortable, and it was quiet at night, making for a very relaxing stay. You can tell the owner genuinely cares about service; they don't shirk responsibility when issues arise and actively work to solve them, which is a huge plus. Overall, the experience was excellent, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town. Highly recommend it!
