GGuest UserThe hotel is new, near town centre and close to MTR station. Shopping is very convenient and lots of restaurants near the hotel. The room is very clean, house keeping staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything in the room is in good order. Breakfast is very delicious and has lots of choice. The breakfast serving staff are very friendly and helpful.

GGuest UserCheck in and check out went smoothly as long as you can converse in Chinese, I used Google Translate and it worked well. We were in a king room and it was quite spacious, there was sufficient room to keep our toiletries by the sink and our luggage. We had a sofa, table and small chair in our room. There is a smart toilet with a heated seat. The shower pressure is really good. There is one English speaking channel. I liked that there was no carpet in the room but laminated floors. A real bonus was free laundry and they had 5 washers and dryers on the 12th floor. The hotel is within walking distance to MixC mall which is very modern and there were many eateries in the mall. Another bonus is the Songshanbei intercity railway station which is about 200m from the hotel. You can buy a ticket very cheaply and ride to Guangzhou South railway station but it is really slow, it took about 1 hour. If you are unlucky you could be standing but if you leave around 10ish you should be able to get a seat. They offer breakfast for a fee which we did not partake in. Within walking distance there is a Starbucks and McDonald’s inside the mall. I would recommend this hotel to others because of the many eateries, intercity railway station, laundry facilities and cleanliness.i

Hygiene: The room was spotlessly clean. The mattress was unique – it felt firm at first, then softened up after a while.
Environment: There's not much to say about the surroundings, but it's very close to Songshan Lake Scenic Area.
Service: The service was good. The front desk was very responsive and always available when called.
Ramada Double Night Snack: The night snack selection was extensive, including congee, steamed dumplings, buns, fruits, corn, and sweet potatoes.

GGuest UserThe location is super convenient, right next to the subway station. It's also close to shopping malls like Guomao and Vanke, so it's great for shopping. The service was warm and attentive; the front desk staff was very responsive to all our requests. I highly recommend it for your 51 (May Day) holiday trip!

GGuest UserThe lobby and hotel entrance are quite small. We got stuck in traffic in the adjacent mall for a long time before getting in, not sure if that's typical. There was a staff member standing outside the hotel door, who just stood there and watched us the whole time, didn't offer to help with luggage (not sure what their purpose was then). The hotel doesn't have robots, and food deliveries are left outside with no one bringing them up (you have to call the front desk, which I, as an introvert, really dislike). The room was decent. The breakfast, however, was truly awful. It's rare to find a place where every single dish is bad. My husband's noodles were undercooked, and the pork liver and preserved egg congee had absolutely no flavor. When I asked the congee lady for salt and pepper, she said they didn't have any... For over 800 a night, an InterContinental isn't expensive, but the service definitely doesn't match the price.

GGuest UserThe hotel's service no longer meets five-star standards. When checking in, a female supervisor-like person walked past me and, right in front of me, told the front desk staff not to process any more check-ins after mine. I mean, am I not a guest? During the check-in process, there was complimentary lemon water nearby, but no disposable cups. My mom asked if there were any cups, and the supervisor curtly replied that they were all used up. I gave her a look, and then very quickly, a server brought a whole stack of paper cups. I really don't know where they hired this 'service supervisor.' Please train your staff properly. This hotel is even worse than other Atour hotels. We didn't interact much after check-in, but those ten minutes of checking in left a very bad impression.

GGuest UserThe overall feeling is pretty good. The room is large and has a bathtub. It's cold and it's very comfortable to take a bath. The room is also heated and the bed is very soft. The hotel staff are very kind and polite. When they came to help me clean up the trash, they saw There was a pile of clothes on the sofa. I asked if I wanted to wash them. They could help me take them to the laundry room to wash them. The service was very considerate. When I checked out, the front desk saw that I hadn’t had breakfast yet and gave me a breakfast coupon to let me go. Have breakfast. Although I didn’t go to [呲ya] in a hurry, the service in this hotel is really good. I recommend everyone to try it.

CCathrin.GThe hotel provides a wide range of amenities that made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I especially appreciated the daily housekeeping service, which kept the room clean and fresh throughout my visit. The room itself was quite spacious, even though I booked one of the more budget-friendly options, which was a pleasant surprise.
One area that could be improved is the lighting control in the room. There is no central switch to dim or turn off the lights, so I had to walk around the room to switch off different lights before going to sleep. Additionally, the bathroom layout separates the toilet from the shower area, requiring a few steps to move between them.
The hotel provides clothes washing services but it’s chargeable and the price is on high side. One piece of normal ladies pant cost RMB50, male pant cost RMB45. If you give the clothes the housekeeping staff before 11am, they will send the clothes back to your room within the same day.
Pullman Hotel also offers several in-house dining options, including Chinese and Japanese-style restaurants within the premises, which made dining very convenient. If you order food delivery , they have the robot machine to send your food to the room, just make sure you indicated the room number clearly. The lift required a room card to access hence the dispatcher will not be able to send the food to your room.
Hotel staff is helpful, I requested them to collect the parcel on my behalf from the locker located at basement and they acting it very fast. Keeping them for me even though the check in date was a week later.
Overall, it was still a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Pullma.

GGuest UserThe environment is quiet and serene, with a subtle Chinese garden style. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped (it would be even better if they provided two pairs of slippers for showering). Kids enjoyed playing in the water, while adults worked out and hiked.
The service was a bit lacking, though. The service robot was slow to respond, and we had to chase down staff multiple times for assistance, likely due to understaffing.
During the May Day holiday, check-in was really slow; we didn't get our room key until after 6:30 PM. Thankfully, the manager was flexible and arranged for the kids to go swimming first, and even gave us some drink vouchers (for a Coke, Sprite, or instant coffee) for those who weren't swimming.

GGuest UserThe room was really new, well-equipped, and clean. The overall environment was impressive. The bathroom was meticulously cleaned, and new slippers were provided in the room, so I didn't have to go barefoot when showering, which was great! The toilet was new and very clean, showing great attention to detail. The sofa was stylish and had a nice texture, making it very comfortable to sit on. The view outside the window was fantastic and expansive. It was quiet and pleasant to stay in, very satisfied.
