Best Dongguan Spa Hotels

I chose to stay at Banyan Tree Songshan Lake Dongguan during the Qingming Festival, and the experience was full! This is all thanks to the housekeeper Mia, who is simply the ”superhero” of my trip! It rained during the Qingming Festival. Before the trip, I was worried that the rain would disrupt my plan, so I contacted Mia to find out about the activities in the hotel. Unexpectedly, this was just the beginning of our communication. The night before, Mia and I chatted until 1 a.m. She patiently and carefully answered every question I had. The feeling of being valued was really great! I thought she was busy all day and would definitely reply later the next day, but I received her message early in the morning. This service efficiency is really amazing! Mia's thoughtfulness goes far beyond this. She seems to be able to see through my thoughts, and I don't need to remind her of many things. Seeing that there were vacant rooms, she took the initiative to help me upgrade the room type and arranged for China Unicom to make our living experience more comfortable. When I returned to the room at night, the warm night bed service was ready, and my fatigue disappeared instantly. What touched me the most was that this trip happened to be my son's birthday month, and Mia quietly prepared two exquisite cakes. When the cake was delivered to my son, his surprised and happy expression, I will never forget it in my life. This attentiveness made this trip full of warmth and memories. Every moment at Banyan Tree Songshan Lake was extremely comfortable and pleasant, and all this was inseparable from Mia's efforts. I sincerely thank her and strongly recommend everyone to come here to experience and feel the amazing service brought by Mia! I recently stayed at Jin Tai International hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a seamless check-in process. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided were top-notch. The hotel’s location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The on-site dining options were excellent, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and attentive. Special thanks stuff for making our stay extra special. I can’t recommend Jin Tai International hotel enough and will definitely be returning on my next visit. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

The hotel is average! There is a late-night snack stall not far away, full of people eating late-night snacks! But if you check in at night, it is difficult to park and you have to find a spot yourself. The room facilities are OK. The TV cannot be projected, which is not very convenient. The room hygiene is OK.

Before placing the order, I compared several hotels in the surrounding area. Before placing the order for this hotel, I also called the front desk to inquire whether there is a parking lot and a self-service laundry room. The parking lot is very large. I booked a business king room. The office is reasonable. The laundry room has a dryer and a washing machine and it is free. Sure enough, the cost performance is quite high. The front desk service is very enthusiastic. The hotel is now in trial operation, the room hygiene is quite clean, the surrounding geographical location is also okay, and the lobby is beautifully decorated. I couldn't help but take a few pictures. It is worth experiencing.

The experience is quite good, the whole house is customized automatically, but the cleaning is not meticulous, the entry experience is generally the same, the mattress pillow is full of comfort, and I have a good night's sleep.

It beats other hotels at the same price. Walking through the lobby and passing the small garden before arriving at the hotel building, you can see that it has a sense of age. The hotel is old but has the same aesthetics. The rooms are very spacious and the windows are very large. Amway has been given to the whole world.

The room smelted cigarette but was our personal choice not to move room when given the option. Great food and service at the 1st floor restaurant, great location walking distance from the national forest park!

We are very satisfied with the hotel when it comes to what we got for the price. It was a very cheap stay, and in general the hotel satisfied our needs and expectations. The hotel's location is good and convenient for taking a taxi to train stations and other places in Dongguan. Service is very good. All the staff we met had a great attitude and answered all our questions patiently. The rooms and restaurand were a bit out-dated, and the rooms had a slight smell of smoke. But it was clean and spacious. The pool was not usable, as the water was dirty and seemed not to have been cleaned in a long time.
