"This is my second visit within 2 months. I got a non-smoking room even though I forgot to request one in my booking. Compared to my previous stay, this room had no issues with the TV or A/C. The fancy coffee brewing machine providing fresh coffee in the lobby is still there to serve black coffee drinkers as neither sugar nor cream is available. Ironically the shower curtain is still hanging there around the bathtub but then the sprinkler has obviously been removed. Overall, this is a much better experience comparing to my last visit. Look forward to staying there again in the future."

"Finally checked into the Dongguan Imperial Garden Hotel! The environment is definitely the biggest highlight, with its Lingnan garden design, lush greenery, and beautiful scenery everywhere. The rooms are spacious and bright, with understated luxury decor, and all facilities are well-maintained. The bedding is skin-friendly, making for a supremely comfortable stay. Room soundproofing is excellent, so you won't be disturbed by outside noise. Sitting on the balcony enjoying the garden view is incredibly relaxing. The resort boasts a serene environment and exceptional cleanliness, with bedding and bathrooms smelling fresh and sunny. The overall design cleverly blends with the natural landscape; the courtyards are beautifully tiered, and every window view is like a painting, perfect for photos. It's incredibly family-friendly, offering large and safe activity spaces where kids can explore nature to their heart's content, while adults can relax peacefully on the terrace – truly enjoyable for all ages. 👍 We booked a family suite, which had an adjoining door between the two rooms, making it convenient to move between them without constantly opening and closing doors. The bathroom was shared. Upon arrival, my dad enjoyed a bath on the balcony in the afternoon, while the kids went swimming in the indoor pool at the gym. My mom and I had a photoshoot arranged with a hotel-partnered photographer. Everyone had a fulfilling time. Oh, and the hotel's breakfast buffet was incredibly varied and delicious; it was one of the rare times my mom ate so much. It was a very pleasant trip overall!

It’s a good hotel. Brand new, luxurious, nice facilities. The room itself was very nicely designed and comfortable. Only thing that needs improvement is the air quality of the rooms. They don’t enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Which is fine, but they also don’t have an air purifier. So if you have asthma or breathing problems that may be an issue. I already informed the manager and hope they take the necessary steps to purchase some air purifiers as they are only about 750 Yuan. I hope to return in the future and if I see them having some air purifiers on board that could take their rating to a 5/5 in the future. The Tangxia Sanzhen Banshan Hot Spring Hotel in Dongguan was truly a delightful trip! The hotel environment is beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery, and the air is fresh. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel incredibly welcome. The highlight was definitely the hot spring water park; the facilities are comprehensive, and the water quality is crystal clear. Soaking in the hot springs was incredibly comfortable and relaxing, as if washing away all fatigue. The children had a blast in the water park, while the adults enjoyed the tranquil hot springs. The dining options were extensive and delicious. The overall atmosphere was relaxed and joyful, perfect for both family outings and gatherings with friends. This place allows you to unwind, fills you with happiness, and is highly recommended!

All staffs my family met happily greeted! It was impressive. I recognized the staffs are well educated for the service mind. Dinner buffet was really amazing. I’m not a dessert lover but all dessert like cakes and puddings were delicious! Especially baked durian and coconut pudding 🥰 The kids room was spacious! One thing I want to propose is that the depth of the outdoor swimming pool should be not too deep. The lowest was 1m 50cm and the deepest 1m 70cm. During the summer vacation, if the outdoor pool has the same as the indoor pool’s depth, more guests will be able to enjoy swimming!

Right before Chinese New Year, my friends and I decided to take a short trip and chose this hotel because it's quite close to home, about an hour's drive away. It's also not far from the highway exit, which makes it convenient for self-driving. The hotel itself has a strong festive atmosphere for the New Year, and there are many facilities for kids to play with. I'd recommend it for families.

My top choice for business trips! The hotel's location is excellent, making my commute and work very efficient. The room was quiet with great soundproofing, and the office facilities were comprehensive. The service was professional and efficient, with smooth check-in and check-out processes. The buffet offered a wide selection of seafood. Overall, it's a high-end and hassle-free experience. Highly recommend for business travelers.

The Songshan Lake Hotel in Dongguan has an amazing location! The hotel is surrounded by Songshan Lake, and as soon as you open the window, there's a balcony where you can sit and enjoy the sunrise and sunset, the pavilions and towers in the distance, and the beautiful lake scenery. The hotel's interior decoration is still relatively new, and the overall architecture has a traditional style. It's truly massive; it takes several minutes to walk from the front desk to the room. A big thank you to Herbert, who helped us with check-in! Norton from the breakfast department was also very enthusiastic in explaining the breakfast options. The hotel itself is excellent, my only minor quibble is that the front desk area feels a bit too small. For such a large five-star hotel, the entire front desk workspace seems a bit cramped and lacking in grandeur. If there are future renovation plans, I highly recommend making the front desk much more spacious and impressive. Thank you for taking care of me and my Indian colleague during our stay. A great hotel! It was fate that the Junlan Hotel, where I'd stayed before, didn't have single rooms available, so I ended up staying at this hotel much later. Aside from the slightly dated facilities, everything else was surprisingly good. Transportation, dining, and everything else are all very conveniently located here! The breakfast was also very filling! I highly recommend staying here again!

I have stayed here several times. The environment is very clean. There are many restaurants nearby, including breakfast and late night snacks, and shopping is convenient. I highly recommend this hotel. I found several hotels nearby and they were quite expensive. This one is relatively affordable. I thought the environment would be bad, but it still exceeded my expectations.
