GGuest UserThis place is very nice and has everything you need in the hotel. The hot springs were very very nice and had a lot of pools including private pools which was so nice! The dinner buffet was delicious and had a lot of food. The breakfast buffet was also very good with a lot to chose from including western options. Very nice sweet short get away Sonu sign and the manager was very nice and hospitable, they also upgraded our room as a treat as it was a friends birthday.

GGuest UserI will start with positive: service is always excellent in this hotel, everyone who works there do their best to help and arrange guest’s needs. We loved the choices of restaurants, food was excellent, cocktails at the bar were delicious, spa area with sauna and swimming pool was great and clean. Garden and green area around beautiful. Negative: in our room the shower was not very clean, large ball or black hair was stuck on the wall of shower. When we got our room service order, ripped off leg of cockroach was laying on the tray next to the plate of food. We asked for an extra bed for our son, they brought a bed that was more a torture device, the wire spirals from the mattress was coming up and digging into the back when laying on this torture bed. My son could not sleep on that bed, no one could. And we ended up sleeping on one bed 3 people, it was not comfortable at all. Another thing, we have noticed that guests at the pool are allowed to spit into the main pool water. One guy rinsed his mouth and gargled and spit that water in the pool where people are swimming. It absolutely disgusting. It need to be forbidden to do in public pools.

BBoss MommyPerfect getaway from city life. The staff were friendly and the food options were good. There were fun activities set up for kids, in addition to that they have a trampoline park, kids pool, kids golf, kids arcade and an animal park. We had complimentary tickets to the Shenzhen resort but were not able to use them. The food options were good, and we could order from outside which was convenient because there was no convenient store in the resort. They have a Starbucks on-site I appreciated that a lot. Overall, I’d recommend this to my friends and given time we’d go again.

DDenzil Jr.I had the pleasure of visiting the Dongguan MCB Lake Hotel initially with colleagues and later returned with my family for another fantastic experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff members were friendly and accommodating, and the highlight was the spacious and enjoyable swimming pool. We especially loved the indoor jacuzzi pool, adding to our relaxation and enjoyment. My family had a wonderful time and felt completely relaxed during our stay. We are looking forward to returning to the Dongguan MCB Lake Hotel in the future.

GGuest UserA very tasteful homestay, the environment is a bit through the past, communicate with the homestay before coming, and then send you a parking point, walk 100m to the gate, you need extra things to help immediately, as soon as you enter the room, the place is quite big, scared by the wall, thought it was moldy, It turned out to be a characteristic design, the bed is dry and no smell, the bathroom is dry and wet separation and spacious, but there are many details to improve, it is the bathroom shower, if you like the ancient village, you can come and try!

NNanchenxingyaoBefore I went there, I thought it was on the same level as other hotels. After I went there, I discovered that you have to take the elevator to the 6th floor, which is only one floor. Go to the front desk and they will give you a tablet to choose which room style to choose (only the Zhenxuan ones have windows). When I entered the first room I chose, I found that the roof was leaking. I moved to a later room. How about the cleanliness? Some places looked quite old. The sofa on the bamboo basket was pilled and was not replaced. The air conditioner doesn't cool enough and I can't feel the temperature after running it for two or three hours. The TV can only change channels, it is not smart. The decoration looks old, it looks like it's only a year or two old.

After arriving at the lobby, the staff had a very good service attitude and high quality. I chose a room with a bathtub. I like this a**osphere very much. The room is very clean. The washing machine is also free to use. There are many food places near the hotel. The price-performance ratio is also relatively high. The mattress is also very comfortable at night. I highly recommend this hotel
