Hotel tidy and good room.
Staff very helpful.
Difficult to locate in car at first but offloading space outside and car parking underground very close by.

The staff were all very kind and helpful.
They gave us plenty of water because people in San Sebastian drink a lot of alcohol.
I'd like to stay here again when I go to San Sebastian.

The location is very central. Other than that, there is no good thing. The hotel has no lobby, just a small corridor and a desk. The breakfast is a joke. One piece of bread and one cup of machine-made coffee. A plastic cup of yogurt. You have to pay extra for eggs and ham. It's not much, one euro. Haha. It's ugly. The bathroom in the room is very dirty, with old dirt on the floor and shower. There is only a trash can in the bathroom, not in the guest room. There is only one soft and collapsed pillow per person on the bed.

Located in the middle of the old town, it was a very convenient hotel with easy access to everywhere.
The room was clean and I felt at ease. I was also glad that the room service was thorough. I highly recommend it!

The bus terminal is a 10-minute walk away. There is a street restaurant downstairs and the famous Basque cake is nearby. Free bottled water is provided, the hair dryer is powerful, and the bedding and towels are soft and comfortable.

There were three adults and we were able to stay comfortably.

It's a 10-minute walk from the bus station, in a beautiful neighborhood. The room facilities are new and complete. The front desk staff is very friendly and helped to print the boarding pass. I am very satisfied.
