The hotel is amazing, it is clean, located in a great area, 8 min walk to Mall of The Emirates, the Wi-Fi is ok, the staff is friendly, BUT:
1. Be aware that it is a hotel where you can smoke inside of the rooms. In 2025! We asked on the reservation for a non-smoking room, but they didn't offer us, and it was a nightmare in the last night.
2. There is an interconnected door with another room, so the noises are more intense, and the smoke from it enters in your room easily. We couldn't sleep in the last night because our neighbor smoked until 4 a.m. and the smoke in our room was feeling awful, just like he smoked in our room.
If you want to book it and you don't smoke, ask very clear that you want a non-smoking room without an interconnected door with another room.

"Exceptional Service and Perfect Location!"
I had an amazing experience staying at Mena Plaza Hotel Al Barsha. The service was outstanding, Munirah and every staff member went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful recommendations for local attractions, their attention to detail was impressive.
The location of the hotel is also unbeatable. It’s conveniently situated close to Malls of Emirates and transportation hubs making it easy to explore the city. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, the combination of excellent service and a prime location makes this hotel a fantastic choice.
I highly recommend Mena Plaza Hotel Al Barsha and look forward to staying here again!

It is a nice place and near MRT. If you bring stroller for kids, it will be quite challenging as the side road is not even. Overall, the hotel is nice to stay.

Very nice and quiet place. The room is very big ,clean and beautiful. The bed is wide and very comfortable.
Everywhere there are restaurants and supermarkets.
5 minutes walk from Mall of the Emirates.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
