The hotel is in a very good location, just opposite Dubai Mall. The hotel also has an air-conditioned skywalk connecting to the mall, which is very comfortable and convenient! The hotel staff are efficient, friendly, and always smiling. You can always ask them for help! The room is very clean. My room faces the Burj Khalifa. The bathroom is wide and all the bath products are high-end and new! Love this hotel so much😍😍

The service is very good. My English is not very good, but the guy at the front desk is very patient and kind. The view from the room is great. You can see the Burj Khalifa when you open the window. Cross the street downstairs and go through the door to Chinatown.

Although the room is a bit small, the location is good. Dubai Mall is right outside the door. The view from the window is like a painting.
