Stayed here for 2 days is good. Everything almost perfect. Walking distance to Burjuman and Sharaf DG Metro station. High Tech. The receptionist is kind and approachable. The breakfast is good. The room is nice because of the design concept. But one thing I'm not satisfied, im sorry to say but its the cleanliness of the bathroom, the drainage of the sink bowl and tab also corners is not clean well.

the room is clean though we requested for 2 single beds but they provided 1 queen bed instead overall everything is fine.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, and everything about the stay itself was wonderful. However, my experience with Trip.com was very disappointing. I tried several times to contact your team regarding our hotel booking, but received no response. It was very frustrating to realize that I couldn’t cancel the reservation, especially since there was no refund option available. This felt like a hard blow and poor service from your side.
Thank you for the service, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations.

Everything are old there and poor , even bed and plow . Telephone was not work, door lock and key cards , and I felt there is no respect for guests there

Overall experience was good, except that the water thrust and heater at the room bathroom was bad.
The atmosphere within the breakfast area was uncomfortable, tight, loudly, and few choices of food and beverages.
Yet, overall good stay..
