It was a great experience staying at Grand central hotel. We had a very nice time with my mom. Everything was fine, rooms clean, location is very close to the metro which is great. I’d definitely come back to stay at this place whenever I am coming back to Dubai.

Poor internet connection. Wifi down the whole night! The reception girl must go, has a bad attitude not even smiling, not very welcoming, not even accepting request from guests. Room security is bad, too loud noise coming from club downstairs.

Everything was good except it was hard to sleep because of the loud sound from night club, the hotel manager is very kind and decent person he solved our problem during the checkout.
