The room was generally nice, although we found some stains on the carpets.
But the quality of service was lacklustre. When I asked if I could borrow an adaptor for my phone charger, I was told the hotel doesn’t provide adaptors and I could buy one at the nearby supermarket.
The breakfast was also disappointing...
Given the price, this hotel is not a good find.

Fast check in process, receptionist "Musha" very helpful with perfect service. The hotel is clean and comfortable and not noisy, room boy "Anas" very helpful, friendly and polite. The location is strategic, close to the mosque, supermarket and metro station.Recommended hotel in Deira Dubai.

The hotel did not allowed us to use the kitchen and cook our own food because we only stayed for 5 days. They told us that the kitchen can be use if we stay longer (15days minimum). We booked the said room because of the kitchen and no one from the hotel or trip.com that we can't use the amenities inside of the said room. So frustrating!
