Optimal price/convenience ratio. Close to the beach Dubai Marina and close to metro. Windows do not open. There was a kitchen in the room. We did not like the breakfast, separate building, no normal coffee, same menu, many people.

Our room has been upgraded to a two-bedroom one. The location is outstanding.
The breakfast is great, but it is not served in this hotel; it's a 5-minute walk away at their other branch.
The staff is friendly. There are multiple restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The beach is a 15-minute walk away.
The apartment has 3 toilets and 2 bathtubs. However, there was a moldy smell noticeable right at the entrance. The flush button panel was broken on one of the toilets and there was a problem with the hot water in one of the bathrooms.

Excellent hotel! We had an apartment without a balcony, we liked everything. The room was equipped with dishes, a washing machine, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and everything you need. The room had robes and slippers, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion. They cleaned every day. The air conditioning is very comfortable. The bed is large and comfortable. We took a room without breakfast and did not regret it. Tea and coffee accessories were also there, we drank coffee in the room in the morning. Convenient location - 12 minutes to the beach and 12 minutes to the metro. Almaya and Carrefour stores are nearby. We liked everything, we will come back again.

The main advantage of the hotel is its location. A gorgeous beach and metro are 10-15 minutes away. You can walk around Dubai Marina, it is very beautiful, also the Blue Waters area and the Eye of Dubai are very close. The food is quite monotonous, but tasty. The service is excellent, they clean the room and change towels every day. The waiters in the cafe are very polite, also a wonderful view from the cafe to Dubai Marina.
