I hated it it was much of a hostel than hotel the staff did not come to clean the room and didn't even give great service bad smell came from the hotel beds were funky and rooms were tight everything was charged and nothing was given as compliments like soap, shampoo etc

Affordable hotel in Deira. Restaurants and shops all around and close enough, just a 10 mins' walk to two subway stations. Simple, but decent sized and comfortable rooms and very friendly personnel. Good free wifi available. Would stay there again.

The room was filthy and the bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom had mold and the shower was broken. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow and often disconnected. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The hotel was noisy, making it hard to get any rest. Overall, a very disappointing stay and not worth the money.

We were greeted by rude and incompetent people, in the morning at 6 they didn't have a room ready for us to rest. We had to insist a lot to get it. In the hall there was a person who slept lying on the chairs for customers, barefoot and with a terrible foot smell. The unworthy, dirty and smelly rooms. Really disgusting!
