However, during peak times—especially weekends—our valet team may need to park cars in nearby overflow areas while prioritizing the safety of each guest's vehicle. We are also sad to hear about the condition in which your car was returned, and we’ll be addressing this with our team to ensure it does not happen again.As for the wait during breakfast, high guest volumes can occasionally lead to longer queues.
