В этом отеле провели 3 дня в общей сложности.  Все ок.  Единственное идет стройка у главного бассейна.  Ее все же слышно.  Есть еще бассейн для взрослых там не слышно.  В море хороший доступ для jbr.  Свои лежаки и свой вход по сути.  Само море мутноватое.  Но в самому Дубае сложно найти за эту цену лучше.  Либо в разы дороже.  Либо другие штаты.

We spent 3 days in total at this hotel. Everything is ok. The only thing is that there is construction going on near the main pool. You can still hear it. There is also a pool for adults, but you can't hear it there. The sea has good access for jbr. Your own sun loungers and your own entrance, basically. The sea itself is a bit murky. But it's hard to find anything better in Dubai for this price. Or much more expensive. Or other states.

I really liked the hotel. 
It has its own large territory and sun loungers quite close to the sea, which is rare for JBR. The beach is sandy. There are crabs in the water. 
As for the HB food, there were excellent Ribeye steaks for dinner. Also, only on trip.com did I see a 3-hour drinks program for HB. For literally $20 a day extra for HB for two, they open access to the bar for 3 hours from 4 pm to 7 pm with a limited selection of quality alcoholic drinks and cocktails. 

There is construction. They warn about it in advance. But it didn't bother us at all.

It has become much worse than in 2023, construction has started next to the pool, the choice of food at breakfast is poor. Since the beach is the farthest, all the garbage flows into this corner. There is always a queue at the reception. The rooms themselves are not bad and are cleaned thoroughly, but there is a disco on the beach from time to time, the bass beats until three in the morning, earplugs do not help (We will not go to this hotel again

This hotel is located in Habtoor, near dubai marina and I think it is a little too far from metro station.
But service is really nice! Because of Marriott Bonvoy member, upgraded room was prepared and everyone in the hotel is very kind!
If I will go to dubai next time, I will choose the hotel as staying.
