The room is really big, with three bedrooms and a huge living room. We didn't use the kitchen. We stayed for 2 days and overall we were satisfied.
There is a Chinese restaurant diagonally opposite, New Era, a very big restaurant. We don’t order particularly expensive dishes. We are four adults and two children, and a meal of almost 300 Dh is enough.
It's a ten-minute walk to the subway station, Union station, and four stops to the airport. It's very convenient. Not far from the hotel is the Dubai River. Along the river to the right is the ferry terminal. On the other side of the river is the ancient city of Dubai. The trip is 2D per trip. It's very convenient. Affordable
I digress, I am still very satisfied with the hotel, and the front desk is also very welcoming. However, the corridor in the room has a pungent smell, and the room has no smell. The cost for our stay is more than 2,000 yuan a night.

No hot water. Maintenance says small tanks. Don’t waste your money. Find a hotel nearby. Pictures are deceiving. Carpets dirty. Curtains torn. Bath tub old and cracked. Towels cheapest quality. Bidet taps not secured and loose. 1 lift functional, long waits.

The apartment is really big with three bed rooms and big hall, very clean, comfortable , the kitchen is big with all required dishes and appliances. Reception was very helpful, location of the hotel is great and near the restaurants and the cold store actually there is pharmacy and cold store in the same building. The price was great also for one week. Definitely I will stay again in this apartment ever time I have to visit Dubai
