Location was perfect, right next to a transfer line and close to the airport. I didn’t expect much from this hotel as the price was relatively low, however I did expect the room to be clean. There were bunched hairs from who I’d assume to be the previous client. There were also black spots everywhere in the bathroom walls, coupled with a stale odour. I didn’t feel clean the entire time staying there. Despite this, the room was spacious. The reception’s attitude, although polite (I say this subjectively), was utterly useless. My replies were all “no sir”, one of my questions being “is there anything to eat around here”. A lady at the bell service was extremely helpful, probably sensing my distress as a traveller who’s just arrived - she directed me to go to the street just behind the hotel. I managed to thank her personally as I left. There was also a kind, Filipino lady who was really helpful with transportation. Thank you two for making my stay more pleasant!
Unfortunately due to the poor service and unclean environment I wasn’t too eager to explore the other facilities.
The location of the hotel is ideal because it is near to my sister's apartment. It is convenient as well because it is just in front of the metro station. Choosing a hotel in Dubai is not easy but this hotel is worth the price.
The staff are friendly and quite helpful too. Especially Mr Danny the bellman. He was the one who helped us from check in and checkout. We were worried about our transportation to the airport since its was the aftermath from the flood. But he made sure everything was taken care of, so it made the scenario abreeze. The other guy from the room service who we encounter for breakfast during our stay from April 14 was so helpful and considerate. Service in this hotel was good. Keep it up.
Just want to comment about the smoke smell in the hotel. I think its coming from the bar. My son has asthma and i have allergies so that is a little off for us. Other than that, our stay was worth it because the room was clean and spacious.
We went to stay for 2 nights as location was good I didn’t try there food but the breakfast was okay the employees was polite and humble asked everytime that we need something the room was good for that price it was clean well with all the amenities Only disappointment was that they didn’t clean the room for whole day when we were not there,as it was informed to do and it is not family friendly, good for bachelor, okay for couples besides all these things stay was good.
Bit noisy in the room due to the sound from the clubs if you are light sleeper do not book this place as the noise is terrible
Great location near the metro and restaurants around and shopping places around

Very nice to see the Iron Butterfly 🦋 of Thailand in the heart of Dubai, the Hotel lives up to the ambitions of the late Than-Phu-Ying Chanut Piyaoui
Mr. Goban from room service and the rest of the Multi-National staff are brilliant.
The building was designed to fit in with the elegant modern skyline of Dubai, but once you are inside, the colors and lighting are comfortable.
It feels like a nice place in the East...the Far East
I recently stayed at Rove City Walk Dubai and had a brilliant experience. The location is unbeatable — just a short walk to City Walk and super close to Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa. There’s even easy access to the metro, which made getting around a breeze.
The staff were honestly one of the highlights of my stay. From check-in to breakfast, everyone was welcoming and helpful. Special shoutout to John at breakfast and Waleed at reception — both went above and beyond!
The room was modern and super clean, though I will say it was on the smaller side. It didn’t have extras like slippers or a toothbrush, but once I called reception, they were quick to help. The design of the hotel is fun and fresh, with great facilities like a gym, pool, laundromat, and even filtered water on tap — loved that touch.
Breakfast was fantastic every morning, with a wide variety and really friendly service. Plus, the price I paid felt like a great deal for the quality and location.
Only minor downside was some noise in the hallway late at night and slightly patchy Wi-Fi at times, but it didn’t affect my overall experience.
If you’re looking for a cool, clean, and affordable place to stay in Dubai, I’d definitely recommend Rove City Walk. Would stay again without hesitation!
