All staff are very welcoming and friendly. Hotel is lovely and clean. Nice touch that there is fresh water stations on some of the floors . Stayed here 3 times as it's close st james hospital. Will be staying again .

Perfect location, really good breakfast, luggage storage very secure, water dispenser in lobby, room has everything you need.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Spacious room. Very comfy and clean. Cute Christmas tree at the reception. Quite close to city centre via tram. Would recommend!

It's close to the train station and has good facilities.

Due to the distance I had to travel, I asked if they could store my suitcases the day before my stay. The woman at the reception was very cheerful and friendly, and called a Japanese staff member for me, which I am grateful for. Breakfast was buffet style and there was a wide variety to choose from. It was also great that the main station was very close by.

The hotel is in a great location and offers a rich breakfast. Opposite is the Guinness Brewery, where you can buy tickets to visit. The city center attractions are a 20-minute walk away.

I highly recommend this hotel. Very nice and helpful service. Full culture. Hotel employees treat guests with respect and care about the comfort of their stay. The room standard is very good. Cleanliness without reservations. Well-equipped bathroom with toilet accessories. A hotel worth returning to.
