Very clean and comfortable hotel. Parking a bit expensive $25 for 24 hours. Has washing machine and dryer in hotel room which is very handy! Highly recommended!

A very perfect hotel, with everything you need, washing machine, dryer, dishes, bread machine... the most fully equipped hotel. I am picky and can only accept Japanese hotels. This is one of the most comfortable hotels I feel. It is clean and hygienic

The hotel facilities are relatively old, but the location is very convenient, close to the train station and other attractions, and can be reached on foot. Parking is convenient at the hotel. There is a parking lot in the building opposite. Just ask for a parking card at the front desk and pay when checking out. The hotel breakfast is not bad

A very charming building, with the public area still attached to the past of the building. Very cost-effective and very quiet. The hygiene standards are very high, and the front desk staff are also very considerate and answer all questions. Milk and coffee are also prepared in the room. It is very spacious for two adults and one child. There are plenty of parking spaces in the parking building opposite, and it is very convenient to go out, right in the city of Dunedin.

The front desk will process the parking ticket and give it back to you. You can enter and exit the parking lot freely with the ticket within 24 hours.
