Their Wi-Fi speed was also impressively fast! The owner was very welcoming and provided excellent service, even giving us some helpful travel tips for our Hulunbuir trip, which really added to the experience. It’s an excellent choice for a stopover in the middle of the grasslands."

"The service was absolutely terrible for the price. I was traveling and woke up a little late this morning, so I didn't have time for breakfast. I thought I'd use two breakfast tickets to get some food to go, but the waiter was incredibly arrogant. I asked if they had any takeout containers, and the waiter brazenly replied, "We don't have anything. If you want some, just use a piece of paper. I don't care." What? Do you think I'm short of food at a 3000 yuan hotel? It's disgusting how they treat me with such contempt. Environment: The soundproofing is extremely poor."

The owner is also super friendly (and gorgeous, haha!). Rooms are spotless and odor-free. Best of all, no bugs – which is a huge relief when you're right by the grasslands! The food was fantastic too, all freshly prepared, not pre-made. Thumbs up! Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect. Gu Na You An will definitely be my first choice for future visits!"

"The kids were extremely satisfied with the stay. The "Starry Sky House," built inside shipping containers, was originally a special offer room. We arrived late, and luckily, a room became available, so the receptionist upgraded us to one with a terrace. The kids then stayed in the room and refused to go out for dinner. That evening, we played cards outdoors and watched a large projector in the room. The next day, we stayed until almost noon, skipping one attraction. Kudos to the receptionist too; she even called to ask if we'd had breakfast."
