The bathtub was huge, perfect for a relaxing soak after a day of sightseeing. The large TV in the room supports screen mirroring for catching up on shows, and the smart toilet and other smart amenities were very convenient to use. The staff were warm, polite, and provided thoughtful, attentive service, making check-in quick and easy. The breakfast was delicious with fresh ingredients, and the restaurant even offered room service. The food quality was great. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience from start to finish. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay.

Many hotels I've stayed in charge for more than two bottles of mineral water, but this hotel offered a few free bottles if they weren't enough, which was a great deal for us. There's a laundry room on the second floor with washing machines and dryers. Free laundry detergent bags are available at the front desk. The front desk service was friendly and attentive. I personally think the breakfast is quite comprehensive and suitable for most people. Transportation is convenient, with a main street just outside. The buildings are beautifully lit at night, with an exotic cultural feel. Highly recommended!!!

平時都不會點評的，但是這一家民宿必須給個好評！入住的時候是晚上了，烏漆嘛黑的突然車鑰匙找不着，我們找了半天很着急，老闆一家得知後很耐心幫我們一起找，老闆也特別著急特別用心調監控，陪我們折騰了快一個小時，最後發現是塞在包裏沒拿出來。虛驚一場，但是老闆的熱心腸讓我非常非常感動！老闆三口一直在忙前忙後的幫忙、安慰我們，心裏暖暖的。民宿很乾凈。額爾古納是一個安靜的小城，我去過很多旅遊城市民宿都大踩雷，沒想到這裡有種家的感覺。熱水器很智能，比家裡的都高級。睡得也很好。但是也有一個不好的地方:主要還是看運氣，鄰居住客的素質。我們入住的時隔壁有一家帶4個小孩，特別吵特別鬧。這家民宿的隔音差了點，我們住一零二他住隔壁一零一，就隔着一堵牆小孩子晚上吵鬧都聽得很清楚。我們開了一整天的車，小孩子還吵鬧到11點多。我敲門去態度很誠懇地跟大人協商，小孩也沒安靜下來。所以如果有帶小孩的旅客看到這一條點評的話，真的很希望大家都出門在互相行個方便，管好自己的小孩。除此之外，這是一家很好的民宿，老闆很温暖善良，我給滿分。慌慌張張忘記拍照了，附上一張藍天白雲🩵

The port is right at the door, and there is a Russian supermarket nearby, which is very convenient for shopping. The owner is warm and thoughtful.
