The upgraded room was spacious, clean, and fully equipped, providing a fantastic experience. The staff were warm, attentive, and responsive throughout, showing great care in every detail. My stay was superb! The value for money and service are impeccable; highly recommended!

GGuest UserExtremely disappointing! The service did not match the price. Before checking in, I found very few reviews or information about this homestay online. I contacted customer service in advance and was given a very remote entrance and password. The front desk service was also poor. They did not introduce the room facilities at all. The pillows were not good and could not be exchanged. I had to drive to the city to eat. Breakfast only consisted of eggs, bread and boxed milk. For a price of more than 2,000 yuan, I could have found a better place to stay.

I only came to comment on the eleventh trip. I strongly recommend this hotel. The friends recognized the full score hotel in Inner Mongolia. The breakfast is rich and distinctive. The manager also sent two books, which is memorable! I will have the opportunity to stay for a few more days and have a good rest in the future!

GGuest UserThe scenery was stunning, with views of the wetlands from the bed. The service was excellent; they gave the children a souvenir, helped with their luggage, and provided electric shuttle service to and from the restaurant and ranch. They also gave us unlimited access to the wetlands and ranch feeding vouchers. There were lambs, alpacas, deer, raccoons, rabbits, and swans. My child said it was their favorite hotel in Hulunbuir. The restaurant was delicious, and there was so much meat in the pork stew that we couldn't finish it all.

GGuest UserService: The customer service lady had a good attitude and was patient in giving directions. She even picked us up at the door with an umbrella when it was raining. It was not the peak season when we arrived, and the customer service took the initiative to upgrade our room type. The housekeeper, Mr. Tang, also helped a lot. He drove a sightseeing bus to take us around the scenic area and introduced the amusement facilities in the scenic area. Thank you very much!

GGuest UserBecause I was very comfortable staying on the first day, I extended the lease on the second day. I did a lot of things I wanted to do with my boyfriend. Under the introduction of the store lady, we went horseback riding, and came back in the yard at night to eat barbecue while enjoying the breeze and listening to music. This kind of experience is not available in ordinary hotels. The aunties and brothers in the store kept helping us and were very enthusiastic. This journey was unforgettable. We will come again if we have the chance.

AAnonymous UserI actually stayed in such a good B&B in Heishantou. It was the best, most artistic and cleanest B&B I have stayed in along the way. The boss is from Jiangsu and the service is very good. I really like every little detail here. It's really great. It's such a good place to live on the grassland. I'm surprised. Their introduction to visiting herders on horseback is cheaper than what we asked!

GGuest UserThe environment of the yurt room is very good, equivalent to a five-star hotel in the city. The yurt is very spacious and the bedding is very clean. It is beyond our expectation that we can have such an environment and hygiene on the grassland. The facilities and equipment are very complete, you can take a shower, and the yurt is also very warm. You can visit the scenic area for free if you stay here. The scenic area is also very large. There is a sightseeing train that can go deep into the grassland to see the grassland. The train takes about an hour to tour around. According to the staff, the train travels 8.6 kilometers. In the evening, we ordered food at the restaurant here on the grassland. We ordered the grassland specialty roasted lamb leg. The price of the meal here is very reasonable and the taste is great 👍🏻. I will bring my family here to play in the future!
