當我入住峨眉山觀景温泉湯屋時，整體體驗令人難以忘懷。
首先，湯屋的環境真的很美。
其次，湯屋的設施也很棒，房間裡的溫泉池乾淨舒適，泡湯時水質非常好，還有溫泉浴池組合，讓我徹底放鬆了身心。
再者，服務方面，工作人員非常友好且樂於助人，替我們拿行李到房，以及水果糕点贈餸。他們的熱情讓我感到賓至如歸，隨時都能得到幫助，讓我的住宿體驗更加完美。
最後，清潔程度，我對房間的整潔感到滿意，所有設施都保持得很好，讓我感到安心和舒適。
整體來說，這次的住後體驗非常愉快，我非常推薦峨眉山觀景温泉湯屋，無論是放鬆身心還是享受美景，這裡都非常值得一來！

令人失望的入住經歷，無論是衞生狀況還是服務質量，都亟待提升，實在難以匹配其高昂的價格！回顧整個旅程，最為遺憾的決定便是預訂了這家酒店。
在設施方面，房間內的電動開關設計顯得頗為不便。床邊的總開關一旦關閉，整個房間便陷入一片漆黑之中，夜晚起身時衹能依賴手機手電筒的微弱光芒來尋找開關的位置。更令人不悦的是，電動窗簾竟有幾處無法完全閉合。
談及環境，酒店的電梯設計也頗為不合理，需要先乘坐至2層再步行樓梯下樓，這對於老年人而言無疑增添了極大的不便，不得不費力地攀爬樓梯。
至於服務，雖然整體態度還算熱情，但過度的熱情有時卻讓人感到些許厭煩。到店時，管家在門口熱情迎接並送至房間，然而退房時的態度卻顯得頗為敷衍。我們已驅車離開，管家才發來微信表示可以幫忙拿行李下樓。若真有此心意，為何不在第一時間主動提出呢？前台的服務也同樣平平無奇。
用餐體驗更是糟糕至極，尤其是早餐。我們入住的是觀景温泉湯屋，房費高達900多元，然而早餐竟需與普通房間客人共用（每位68元）。這樣的品質，着實令人難以接受。
這家峨眉山觀景温泉湯屋，作為峨眉山大酒店的高端品牌，其表現實在令人大失所望。相比之下，我們在隔壁的峨眉山恆邦艾美酒店用過晚飯後覺得無論是整體環境還是用餐體驗都顯得尤為出色，且價格更為親民。真心不明白，峨眉山觀景温泉湯屋究竟有何底氣收取如此高昂的費用？

管家小徐很暖心，到達時很細心為我們講解周邊的景點，又為我們安排好點心在房間。房間在7樓非常清幽，而且房間很大又乾淨。不但可以在房內泡浴，早上因為趕行程還可安排在房內吃早餐。服務很貼心又到位的酒店，如果下次再來峨嵋一定會再入住。
