The peaceful and beautiful surroundings made it a true retreat, allowing us to fully relax. Our child loved it too! You can really feel the care put into this place, from the rescued animals they’ve adopted to the well-tended garden full of plants. And after a long day of hiking, soaking in the bathtub in our cozy room was pure bliss. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene and thoughtful getaway!"

"We initially chose Pure Cloud Hotel for its proximity to Wuxiangang Bus Station and its recent opening. The drive up the narrow mountain road, full of sharp turns, was a bit unsettling for our city Didi driver, so we were secretly relieved (as was our driver) when we finally arrived. At first glance, the hotel seemed quite simple, and I wasn’t entirely sure I had made the right choice. However, any lingering doubts were quickly washed away by the warm welcome from Derek, the hotel manager, and the staff. When we got to our room, it was pure joy! The minimalist design is visually soothing, and the balcony with its expansive mountain views made us feel like just hanging around and doing nothing was more than enough. If you're the kind of traveler who feels guilty about not doing anything, rest assured that the hotel is in a beautiful section of the mountain. There's a lovely old temple and a sacred spring pond nearby—Zhongfeng Temple and Shenshui Pavilion, I believe. You’ll also enjoy the energy of hikers rushing up and down the mountain. There are enough people to make it lively but not overwhelmingly crowded like Leidongping or Jinding, where the crowds can be exhausting. A special mention goes to Derek, who exceeded all our expectations. His kindness and professionalism reminded me of the kind of service you expect from a six-star hotel, where every need is anticipated. Derek went above and beyond, making our journey to Golden Summit and onward to Leshan much smoother and more enjoyable. Since we speak minimal Chinese, he kindly helped us communicate with the next hotel, explaining how to get there. He even offered us a free ride to the bus station when we struggled to find a Didi in the area. Derek also helped arrange our transfer to Leshan. We were incredibly impressed and grateful for his assistance. If I had to suggest one area for improvement, I’d say the dinner options could use some enhancement to match the overall excellence of the stay. A small tip: If your goal is to catch the sunrise and sunset at Golden Summit, you'll need to stay at one of the mountaintop hotels near Jinding. Logistically, getting to these hotels involves taking a bus from Baoguosi or Wuxiangang Station to Leidongping, then a cable car to the upper platform, followed by a roughly one-hour hike with steep steps to Jinding. It's manageable with a backpack, but not ideal with large luggage. That’s why we chose Pure Cloud Hotel for its close proximity to Wuxiangang Bus Station, leaving our luggage there and heading up the mountain with just our backpacks."

"When I came to Mount Emei for a holiday, one was to live comfortably, and the other was to travel conveniently. I chose this one for a long time. The overall situation was more than expected. "💚This is a Japanese-style elegant house hidden in the Emei Mountains. The courtyard is exquisite and full of fresh Zen. When I was looking for a place to stay, I was attracted by its elegant design at first sight. I was even more surprised after checking in - the mossy stone path is more quiet than in the photos, and the guest room with a view from the window is warmer than I imagined. The host couple treats guests like friends, and the smile of the girl at the front desk is also refreshing. The location of the homestay is just right. It is located in the low mountain area of Emei. It takes a short walk to reach the Shengshui Pavilion. If you want to stroll along the mountain path and visit several quiet ancient temples, this is an ideal place to live. In the morning, open the window, the mountain mist is lingering; return to the courtyard at night, the moonlight is full in the courtyard - this kind of leisure is exactly the peace that travelers desire. - 💚The hotel's building is built on the mountain, and the two guest room buildings are staggered in height, which sets off the mountain scenery. During the two-day stay, I happened to experience the ”returning to the cloud” of Building 1 and the ”empty green” of Building 2, each with its own charm. The hot spring in ”Guiyun” is the most satisfying. Soaking in the warm mountain spring, you can see the green valley in front of you, and the clouds gather and disperse from time to time. The desk in the room is set by the window. When you look up, you can see the green mountains. Working or reading here has become an enviable scene in the circle of friends. ”Kongcui” has a different charm. The floor-to-ceiling window of the bedroom faces the swimming pool. Leaning on the tatami, holding a cup of clear tea, watching the sky and clouds wandering on the water, time seems to slow down. The most rare thing is that the hotel brings mountain springs into the room on the spot, and the hot spring and drinking water are both clear and sweet. In just two days, bathing in the spring and drinking dew, the fatigue of the journey is gone, and the whole person is refreshed. - 💚The room is well-planned, and walking and turning are all calm. The toiletries are of high quality, and the towels and bath towels are fluffy and soft, with a faint cotton fragrance exposed in the sun. On a night when traveling alone, order a bowl of hot wontons in the store to warm your stomach and comfort your heart; during the day, the farmer's tofu rice near Shengshui Pavilion is not to be missed - the tofu made by mountain springs is fragrant and tender, the price is simple, but the taste is extremely delicious, and it is worth a special trip. As for the hotel where I stayed, the comfort level was satisfactory. If I have the opportunity to visit again, I will definitely choose to stay here again. -"

"A hidden gem in Mount Emei! Regret coming so late! Bringing the kids to this place felt like walking into a painting 🖼️ On a sunny day, it felt like a Hayao Miyazaki summer~ On a cloudy day, it was like an ink painting ⛰️, truly beautiful! There's so much more to do 👍: river tracing, hiking, cafes, water activities, and a relaxing getaway ⛱️ Compared to the crowded Golden Summit, this is the perfect family trip! We stayed at the newly opened River Tracing Lugu 🏨 A small Chinese courtyard with a private hot spring~ The kids were so quick playing in the water! The hotel service was excellent 👍, the environment was great 👍, and the buffet food was delicious 👍 We'll be back next time!!!"

"Xiao Zhou and his colleagues provided us with exceptional service during our one-night stay at the hotel! They were very nice and friendly, attentive to our needs and requests, and chatted with us in an open and welcoming manner whenever we inquired about aspects of the local environment, Mt Emei, etc. We had dinner at the hotel during our stay and ordered the chef's recommendations. The food was AMAZING and so fresh. The fish and chicken dishes that we had came from live fish and chicken that they reared within the hotel compound. If they were a local restaurant back in my country, I would frequent them without a doubt, and would love to bring my friends to try their cuisine. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, Xiao Zhou even brought us to take a look at the hotel's chicken coop and fish pond. When we had to leave for our hike to Mt Emei's summit, Xiao Zhou and his colleague kindly drove us to the nearest bus station so that it would be easier for us to access Mt Emei's public transportation, a gesture which we appreciated a lot! All in all, their attentiveness to us, good manners, and warm and friendly dispositions all contributed to a memorable stay. Of course, the rooms themselves were spotless and comfortable. Would love to come back here in the future!!"

"The B&B is located in Mount Emei, with a quiet environment, 100 meters away from Qingyinping Lake, especially suitable for playing in the first-line Tianhe Monkey District. The mountain road into the village is more and steep, so be careful about the car. There is a private soup in the room, and it is very comfortable to climb the mountain bubble soup. The boss is enthusiastic, the noodles for breakfast are delicious, the dinner is barbecued in the courtyard, and the corn bran is especially delicious."

"This B&B is amazing! I decided to stay in the mountains for one night on a whim. I searched for it and set off immediately. I didn't expect such a surprise. The B&B is located on the tea mountain in Gaoqiao Town. The view is very wide. You can overlook the city and watch the sunrise. I personally like the open view, so it's even more surprising. There is a small courtyard when you walk into the B&B, where you can have afternoon tea (it's very pleasant to chat and drink here in the evening). There were also many people in the courtyard that day. The scenery and layout of the courtyard are very careful, and it looks good no matter how you take a picture. The second-floor mountain-viewing room was booked. The room is large and elegant, consistent with the picture I saw when booking, or even larger. The bed is 2 meters, and it is also spacious for a family of three. It was very quiet at night, so we slept very well. In the morning, we were awakened by the birds. The breeze passed through the room. It felt so good to wake up in nature. There is a bamboo forest behind the B&B, which is said to be a panda**. It is also very comfortable to walk in the bamboo forest. Very satisfied, I will come again next time!"
