Location is fantastic, walking distance to the visitor centre. There ate food options around the hotel. The room is standard size, bed are comfortable. Toilet smell can he improved with air fresher or diffuser. It smelled of mould.

I had an amazing stay at the Teddy Bear Boutique Hotel near Mount Emei! Everything was impeccably clean, from the rooms to the common areas, which made my stay very comfortable. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The location is perfect for exploring Mount Emei, just a short ride from the scenic area's entrance, making it very convenient. A special mention goes to Manager Andy, who welcomed me warmly upon arrival. He has excellent English skills, which was a huge plus for me as a foreign traveler. He went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed for a smooth stay and enjoyable visit to the mountain. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Emei Mountain!

Location is good. The hotel near to the main attraction. Staff service is good. The staff will inform us the best time for sun set and sun rise. Also, we have acute mountain sickness and the security guide helps to point out where to get the oxygen tank. Very helpful security guide. My only advice to the hotel is to standby oxygen tank for the needy. It is difficult for patient to walk a distance to obtain the oxygen tank.

One of very few hotels that you can find on top of the Emei mountain. Limited options also mean it is in the higher price range for this kind of hotel in mainland China due to the touristic nature of the site. The room are somewhat dated with visibly marked furniture. The staff was very helpful though. Note that Emei mountain is subject to water usage limitations and you only have water in the room at selected time during the day (not specific to this one hotel but to the whole Emei mountain). A good base of operations if you plan to stay the night on the mountain top to see an early Sunrise over the golden temple.

The hotel name Yoga hotspring had merged with Emeishan Grand hotel, and that is 1st name you will see when the car drove in. Yoga name is the adjacent building but not so obvious at night. The reception is very friendly and especially thanks to ”housekeeper Huang Juan, whom had not explained well during the check in. Facilities: The room is intelligently controlled, and the children like it very much. You can call for parking in various areas of the hotel, and the speed is very fast. The high-speed rail can also be booked to pick up and drop off at the station. Hygiene: The hygiene of the room and various areas of the hotel is good, and the staff cleans up in time. Environment: There is a small pavilion in the room, and the hotel is also designed to meet the standards of a parent-child hotel. The children's playground, climbing, karts, swings, and various activities are also arranged reasonably. Service: The housekeeper Xiao Ding will remind you of various arrangements in time, and the message reply is also timely. It is not easy for a busy hotel on holidays to maintain such service. Meals: The hotel's breakfast and dinner buffet are really a surprise. The breakfast is fresh and the taste is really good. The dinner buffet has rich dishes and the waiters are also very thoughtful and enthusiastic. In short: strongly recommended, the children are already shouting how to play in the hotel next time!

The room is large, clean and bright, with a hot spring pool. It is very relaxing to take a bath after coming down from Mount Emei. The housekeeper Xiao Ma is very considerate and enthusiastic. He helped us change to a room with two large beds when we checked in, and also helped us decorate the room atmosphere. He turned on the air conditioner in advance, and the room was warm and comfortable when we returned. The service is thoughtful and there is nothing to say. Very good stay experience, the sisters who traveled with me were also very satisfied, and the breakfast taste would be more perfect if it was improved.

Very beautiful Chinese style holiday resorts property with large room and spacious backyard equipped with a hot spring pool for the unit I stayed. The staffs are very helpful and friendly and the owner who runs the business was very helpful too in ensuring we have a good stay and didn’t get lost. Offered us pick up from HSR Stn which is about 10-15mins away. The room is clean and bed is so cosy! Overall highly recommend this hotel resort with property of Chinese & Eastern theme.

I have been following the hotel for a long time and always wanted to bring my family to play. This time it came true. After seeing that the hotel has professional butler services, we contacted the hotel in advance and chose Anna Liu Cui to serve us. It was really awesome. Anna knew that we were bringing children, and asked how high they were. Considering that there were children, she prepared children's toiletries and fences in advance. She also told us about the precautions, weather, ticket purchase methods, etc. of Mount Emei. Everything was arranged properly at the hotel. The room was the most satisfactory one for us. The standard king-size bed and super-large bed in Building 2 were suitable for bringing children to stay. It was also convenient to go to the hot spring. The outdoor environment was beautiful during the day and at night. The outdoor children's slide hot spring was especially popular with children. Anna said that there would be bubble shows on Saturdays and holidays. This trip to Mount Emei was also ideal. Anna reminded us to bring hot water, which was super useful.
